| The assessment of practice is an important part of the teaching of language practice in primary schools.This is of great importance in guiding the direction of teaching practice and improving students’ writing skills.In actual language teaching practice in primary schools,however,assessment of practice faces many challenges and difficulties.When implementing practice assessment,teachers often judge their suitability for practice from the content,structure,and language aspects of composition,neglecting assessment diversity and development,influencing the effectiveness of assessment,making it difficult to improve students’ level of practice,and the depth of relevant research needs to be enhanced.The teaching of "writing" in junior grade of primary school focuses on the development of students’ ability to express words,whereas junior-level instruction is devoted to fostering students’ interest in and habits of writing,while upper-level teaching strives to enhance the development of students’ thinking and practice skills,which is the key and the difficulty in teaching beginning studies.There is,therefore,a great need and value in establishing a scientific and reasonable system of assessment of high-grade practice in primary schools.This study is based on the SOLO classification theory and takes as its starting point the high school grade in elementary school,and based on the definition of the assessment dimension of high school grade,this paper develops the high-grade assessment table of Chinese practice in primary schools based on SOLO classification theory,and probes into the new way of assessing the high standard of Chinese practice in primary schools.Some of the key findings from the study are:The origin of the study is presented by the author in the introduction.Second,the research importance and value of this study is exposed.The literature review is used to define and analyse the core concepts of SOLO classification theory and practice evaluation.Finally,based on the elements and content of the research,the ideas and methods of the research are presented in combination with the diagrammatic form.The first part is a theoretical analysis of the development course,core content,and key features of SOLO classification theory.Third,this paper analyses and discusses the connotation elements of practice assessment.Secondly,the relevance of the SOLO classification theory and the assessment of Chinese practice in primary schools based on the assessment concept of new curriculum standards is explored,elements of training in the unified version of the textbook,and assessment of Chinese practice in primary schools.Based on the SOLO classification theory,three principles are analyzed: the scientific principle and the consistency principle of teaching assessment.The third part continues the content analysis to the assessment of high-level Chinese practice in primary schools,creates the elementary school high level Chinese practice evaluation based on the SOLO classification theory three dimensions: the practice skill,the practice technique,the practice emotion,analyzes the three dimensions division basis,the content composition and the structure analysis,aims at the elementary school high level Chinese practice comprehensive,objective and from the shallow to the deep effective evaluation.The fourth part is the core of this part,which is concerned with constructing the assessment index system of high school Chinese practice based on the SOLO classification theory.First,based on the creation of evaluative dimensions,he divides the five levels of practice assessment and assigns weights and values to the practice indicators to form the framework diagram of the relationship between the SOLO assessment dimension and the level.The final section details the horizontal representation of different levels of practice.In part five,based on the construction of the SOLO assessment dimension and hierarchy framework,a SOLO assessment scale for high-level primary school language practice is developed,and basic operation steps and suggestions for using the assessment scale are developed.The sixth part is an application of the constructed SOLO assessment scale to the teaching and assessment practice of SOLO assessment and illustrates the operation steps and methods of the SOLO assessment ladder.This paper simultaneously summaries the advantages and disadvantages of the assessment system based on the SOLO classification theory,and offers some suggestions for improving the system to promote evaluation development.This study aims,in a nutshell,to improve the effectiveness of assessment and to promote the development of students’ reflection and level of practice.This paper attempts to construct an objective,clear,and operable assessment system and grading scale for language practice in secondary primary schools,which may provide theoretical inspiration and practical reference for improved practice in practice assessment. |
