In 2019,the National Examination Authority of the Ministry of Education officially released the "College Entrance Examination Evaluation System",which put forward the evaluation criteria of "one core,four layers and four wings" and answered the questions of "why","what" and "how" of the college entrance examination,proposed higher-level teaching and learning requirements for teachers and students under the background of the new college entrance examination,new curriculum reform and standards,while it also put forward specific standards for cultivating new people who should bear great responsibility of national rejuvenation.Therefore,high school ideological and political courses need to achieve the unity of students’ scientific and cultural literacy and ideological and moral cultivation in subject teaching.For the teaching of high school ideological and political courses,the level of students’ problem-solving ability is not only a decisive factor to improve the teaching quality of ideological and political courses with students as the main body,but also through the observation of problem-solving ability,To judge whether the students have certain academic ability and thinking,and can think deeply in various specific life problems through the subject questions with full "practical" characteristics,find problems and solve problems.This study makes full use of the practical experience of teaching,under the guidance of the evaluation system of college entrance examination,to improve the high school ideological and political class problem-solving ability as the starting point,in order to cultivate all-round development of the era of new people responsible for the great responsibility of national rejuvenation and explore effective strategies.The main body of this study is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is a theoretical overview of the improvement of problem-solving ability of high school ideological and political classes under the college entrance examination evaluation system,focusing on the concept definition of high school ideological and political problem-solving ability and college entrance examination evaluation system,to analyze the "three implementation" of high school ideological and political classes on the evaluation system of college entrance examination.The second chapter mainly analyzes the reasons for the deficiency of problem-solving ability in combination with the questionnaire,and analyzes the specific problems existing in the process of improving students’ problem-solving ability from the two aspects of students and teachers.The third chapter is mainly through the analysis of high school ideological and political courses in the recent three years of the national papers,observing the specific implementation of the college entrance examination evaluation system in the questions,to provide guidance for the implementation strategy.The fourth chapter mainly studies the principles and implementation methods of improving students’ problem-solving ability under the guidance of the college entrance examination evaluation system.Under the guidance of the concept of "one core,four layers and four wings",three principles should be adhered to to improve high school ideological and political problem-solving ability: first,adhere to the student body,second,create an effective situation,and third,follow the problem-oriented;In addition,it puts forward corresponding strategies from the aspects of teaching and learning,changes ideas,innovates methods,integrates knowledge and improves ability,and deals well with the relationship between "subject knowledge,ability and thinking" as well as the relationship between "elaboration" and "elaboration".
