| In recent years,young people’s physical education has become the focus of attention when making educational plans in China.Promoting the all-round development of young people and the construction of the national sports level can not only improve the physical health level of students,but also promote the sound development of basic education.Therefore,building a high-quality development system of education and strengthening the high-quality development of school sports work put forward higher requirements for the work of school sports associations.School sports associations are an important starting point for the implementation of policies such as “double reduction” and “integration of sports and education”.In order to better promote the implementation of national policies,it is necessary to carry out research on the curriculum,standardization and scientific aspects of school sports association activities,so as to promote the high-quality development of school sports associations.This study selects W School in Wuhan as a case study,which has a relatively typical representativeness.First of all,the school has a high school running level,and has won the honorary titles of “National Advanced Unit of Innovation and Practice in Primary and Secondary Schools”,“Hubei Provincial Experimental School of Education and Scientific Research”,and “Advanced School of General Primary and Secondary School Running Level”in Wuchang District.Secondly,the development of the school’s sports associations in Wuhan is relatively good,and the students of the associations have participated in the competitions at various levels of the city and district for many times and achieved good results.In addition,compared with other junior middle schools in Wuhan,the school actively introduces high-quality resources outside the school to guide sports associations,and is the school that cooperates with units outside the school earlier.In order to understand this case more deeply,from the perspective of social organization theory,we comprehensively use the methods of case study,interview,questionnaire,field observation,literature review and mathematical statistics to examine the reality of the development of sports associations in W school,explore the main factors affecting the high-quality development of sports associations,analyze the existing problems,and propose the path of high-quality development of junior high school sports associations.It provides theoretical reference for the high-quality development of school sports associations and practical guidance for the construction of junior high school sports associations in other provinces and cities.Through research,it is found that:1.According to the perspective of social organization theoy,the analysis framework of W school sports associations can be developed around three aspects: organizational objectives,organizational structure and organizational management.Among them,organizational goals are mainly expressed in four dimensions: students’ personality development,curriculum construction,awareness cultivation and physical and mental health development;The organizational structure is mainly composed of clear articles of association,complete leadership structure,a certain number of members,certain technical equipment and organizational form;The organization management mainly includes the management of the school to the instructors and sports associations,and the management of the instructors to the students,sports associations and themselves.2.The factors that affect the high-quality development of W school sports associations are composed of nine aspects: government policy goal orientation,goal setting of school sports associations,coordination and tightness of school sports associations’ organizational structure,team structure of guiding teachers,standardized management system,organizational operation effect,financial security,competition supply,assessment and evaluation.3.In the process of high-quality development of junior high school sports associations,there are problems such as the policy environment for the development of associations needs to be optimized,the assessment and evaluation mechanism of associations needs to be improved,the sources of funds for associations are single,the frequency of events inside and outside the school is not high,the training of instructors is not targeted,and the potential impact of the reform of the middle school sports examination is difficult to eliminate.In view of the above problems,this study puts forward suggestions for the high-quality development of junior high school sports associations based on different subjects such as government education departments,school management departments,and sports association instructors.The government education department should further improve the policy of school sports associations,gradually establish a family school community cooperation platform and event service platform,and guide and encourage the high-quality development of sports associations;The school management department should provide high-quality sports association services by means of improving the assessment and evaluation mechanism,building “digital” sports associations,seeking multi-channel activity funding support,and providing more opportunities for teachers to go out to learn;The guiding teachers of sports associations should adhere to the integrated educational concept of “church,diligent training and regular competition”,strengthen the independent construction of associations and improve their professional ability,and fully consolidate the foundation for the high-quality development of junior high school sports associations. |
