Research On High-quality Development Mode Of Competitive Sports In China From The Perspective Of Self-organization

The high-quality development model of competitive sports is a new theoretical and practical subject for the sustainable development of competitive sports.High-quality development in the new era is the fundamental requirements to solve the contradiction of unbalanced and inadequate development of socialism with Chinese characteristics.It will inevitably guide the development concept,development mode,development power and resource allocation in various fields of economy and society to meet the requirements of the new development pattern,and also promote the reform of development mode of competitive sports.At the same time,the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity,the accelerated construction of sports power,the fierce competition in the world sports and the sustainable development of competitive sports all urgently need competitive sports to innovate its own development mode.In this context,from the perspective of self-organization,on the basis of the theory of dissipative structure and synergetics,this study constructs a high-quality development model of competitive sports in terms of the development concept,development goal,development conditions and development motivation comprehensively by means of System Dynamics method,grey model prediction method,system analysis method,literature method and comparative research method,hoping to provide new perspectives and new models for the exploration of the sustainable development of competitive sports,provide the framework for reference for in-depth study of development mode of competitive sports and provide new ideas for exploring the integration of national system and market mechanism.Furthermore,this study can provide theoretical guidance for the implementation of The Outline of Establishing a Sports Power in the field of competitive sports,and provide experience support for the decision-making and management departments of competitive sports.The main conclusions are as follows:Firstly,from the perspective of self-organization,the macro model of high-quality development model of competitive sports in China consists of four parts:high-quality development concept,development goals,dissipative structure conditions and competition and collaborative power.It is an inevitable requirement for competitive sports to adapt to the establishment of sports power,its own sustainable development,the high-quality development in the new era and the competition in the world sports.Secondly,the concept of high-quality development of competitive sports is represented by the triple logic of development axiology,development epistemology and development methodology.In axiology,the high-quality development of competitive sports should pursue the comprehensive and full development of athletes,the balanced development of multiple interests,and the sustainable development of power;in epistemology,the high-quality development of competitive sports is essentially the fundamental change of development mode,the practical activities of building“big and strong”competitive sports,and the practical activities of enhancing the feedback effect of"sports strong,China strong"in the new era;in methodology,the high-quality development of competitive sports needs to establish a self-organization development mode,implement the principle of comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development,and adhere to the road ofindigenous innovation and integrated innovation with Chinese characteristics.Thirdly,the overall goal of high-quality development of competitive sports is to achieve the full development,stable development,all-round development and sustainable development of competitive sports.On the micro level,it is mainly manifested as high-quality service products of sports events,a certain number of medals and world rankings;on the medium level,it is mainly manifested as balanced development structure,sustainable endogenous power and scientific and technological support;on the macro level,it is mainly manifested as more mature development path of competitive sports with Chinese characteristics and full development of athletes.Fourthly,in order to achieve high-quality development of competitive sports in China,it is necessary to form a dissipative system with three subjects and two elements,keep away from equilibrium,give full play to the nonlinear coherent effect of competitive sports system,and seize the internal and external fluctuation opportunities of competitive sports system.The dynamic critical condition for competitive sports to establish dissipative structure is that the development of professional sports is far greater than that of specialized sports.It requires professional sports to become the leading way of competitive sports development with specialized sports as its auxiliary way of development;the self-hematopoietic function of professional sports is far greater than that of specialized sports;the negative entropy produced by professional sports is far greater than the positive entropy produced by specialized sports and itself;the negative entropy produced by professional sports is far greater than the negative entropy produced by specialized sports.Fifthly,the power system of high-quality development of competitive sports is the fusion development system of competition and cooperation of"one core,three elements and three subjects",in which"the fusion degree of national system and market mechanism"is the order parameter that dominates the high-quality development of competitive sports.Sixthly,when the talent ratio between professional sports and specialized sports meets the requirements of 0.41<R₂<1.86,the collaborative development of professional sports and specialized sports has a good effect,which is more conducive to promote the high-quality development of competitive sports.Seventhly,according to the simulation of System Dynamics,the catch-up mode of competitive sports is an unsustainable development mode;the self-hematopoietic mode is the basic mode of high-quality development of competitive sports;the collaborative development mode of professional sports and specialized sports and the scientific and technological support mode are the ideal mode of high-quality development of competitive sports;and the parallel development mode of competitive sports and mass sports is a model with sustainable development potential.Eighthly,this study not only provides a logical reference for promoting the sustainable development of competitive sports,but also establishes a research framework of"Theoretical basis of self-organization-?????method-Vensim analysis tool"in line with the characteristics of complex system of competitive sports,which is helpful to promote the further research of sustainable development of competitive sports.
