With the vigorous development of information technology,the emergence of artificial intelligence technology marks that mankind has entered the era of intelligence.The new generation of information technology represented by artificial intelligence technology and big data tends to be intelligent,which promotes the intelligent era to show different characteristics of the times,such as man-machine cooperation,intelligent alliance of all things,etc.This has had a great impact on the field of education,and has led to great changes in the educational environment,educational model,teaching organization form and training objectives.At the same time,information technology also puts forward new requirements for the development of Education--promoting the deep application of information technology in education and teaching.This means that information teaching has become an important manifestation of current teaching,and information teaching ability will also become an important part of teachers’ teaching ability in the era of intelligence.Teachers need to have a multi-dimensional comprehensive professional knowledge structure such as the design,implementation and evaluation of information teaching,and effectively improve their own information teaching ability through a variety of learning methods.Improving teachers’ information teaching ability is conducive to the development of "Golden Lesson" in higher education,change the current teaching ecology of colleges and universities and improve the quality of higher education.Therefore,this study takes the information teaching ability of college teachers as the research object,takes improving the information teaching ability as the core,and looks for appropriate countermeasures.Firstly,by combing the relevant literature and analyzing the relevant concepts,teachers’ information teaching ability refers to the comprehensive ability of teachers to select and use appropriate information technology to carry out teaching activities,promote students’ development and complete teaching tasks,on the basis of mastering educational theory,technical knowledge and teaching methods.Its structure mainly includes the ability of information teaching design,implementation and evaluation.In the era of intelligence,more and more intelligent technologies and equipment gradually enter the classroom,which puts forward higher requirements for teachers’ professional development,which is reflected in two aspects.First,in terms of knowledge structure,teachers need to have multi-dimensional knowledge structure,such as technical knowledge,subject knowledge and teaching method knowledge.Second,in the application of skills,teachers are required to flexibly use information technology to carry out teaching in the classroom,so as to realize the deep integration of information technology and teaching.However,in the process of technology intervention in teaching,education also faces risks such as "Teaching methods rely too much on technology",educational information leakage and so on.Therefore,when carrying out information teaching activities,teachers need to highlight the subject rather than technology,emphasize mastery rather than apply mechanically,emphasize promoting students’ development rather than alienated teaching,and avoid the negative effects brought by technology.Secondly,this study explores the basic situation,deficiencies and influencing factors of the development of College Teachers’ information teaching ability by means of questionnaire and interview.Taking attitude,self-efficacy,information teaching ability and information ethics as specific dimensions,the scale was compiled to investigate college teachers in Chongqing.According to the results of descriptive statistics,it is found that college teachers in Chongqing have basic information teaching ability,but need to be further improved.For example,in terms of teaching implementation,college teachers need to strengthen the integration of technical knowledge and subject knowledge,and the teaching methods need to be more flexible;In terms of teaching evaluation,college teachers need to deeply apply information technology to enable teaching evaluation.According to the difference analysis,the development of College Teachers’ information teaching ability is unbalanced.There are significant differences in the informatization teaching ability of teachers in different school types.The teachers in undergraduate colleges are lower than those in vocational colleges,and the teachers in public colleges are lower than those in private colleges.The informatization teaching ability of college teachers with different gender,age,working years and subject background is also at different levels.Female teachers are lower than male teachers,teachers with high working years are lower than those with low working years,teachers with liberal arts background are lower than those with science background,and so on.In order to explore the influencing factors of College Teachers’ information teaching ability,this study adopts regression analysis and thematic analysis.The analysis shows that the influencing factors of teachers’ information teaching ability include external factors(policy guidance,information teaching training,school information teaching atmosphere,incentive measures and school hardware facilities)and internal factors(attitude,self-efficacy,information ethics and teaching needs).These factors have a direct or indirect impact on Teachers’ information-based teaching activities.Exploring its essence,teachers’ information teaching ability comes from the development of the relationship between teachers(people)and information technology(Technology),education and information technology(Technology).By combing the relationship between education and technology,technology and people,it is concluded that the relationship between people,technology and education is that people(educators)carry out education(information teaching)activities with the help of Technology(Information Technology),act on people(students)and promote the development of people(students).In the era of intelligence,with the continuous role of information technology in the field of education,it is particularly important to explore the development direction of teachers’ information teaching ability.This study holds that in the process of carrying out information teaching activities,teachers need to highlight education and weaken technology;Take education ethics as the guidance and give consideration to the development of information ethics;Improve the effect of information teaching and improve teaching methods.Finally,in order to improve college teachers’ information teaching ability,this study puts forward relevant suggestions from the policy level,training level,school level and teacher level.At the policy level,promote policy renewal and strengthen the leading role.Formulate policies related to the informatization teaching ability of college teachers at the national and local levels,play to the supervision role of policies,and create a good environment for the development of informatization teaching ability of college teachers.At the training level,improve the training mechanism and carry out systematic training.Carry out targeted information teaching and training based on training objects,training contents and training methods.At the school level,create a good atmosphere and increase management measures.By constructing a good information teaching atmosphere,setting up an information evaluation mechanism and strengthening the management of information teaching equipment,we can ensure the basic conditions for college teachers to carry out information teaching activities.At the level of teachers,break the shackles of ideas and help independent development.By renewing the traditional teaching concept and treating technology with "embodied relationship",Accumulate information teaching experience and cultivate self-efficacy,Strengthen academic research,promote teaching development and other measures to comprehensively improve teachers’ information teaching ability. |
