A country without virtue cannot prosper, and a man without virtue cannot stand. That is,morality is of great value and significance to a country, and it is impossible for a country to prosper without matching morality. If a person does not have the moral,it is impossible to go far in this society.Nowadays, the state attaches more and more importance to the moral education of all kinds of schools, and believes that the talents in the future society must attach equal importance to moral education and intellectual education. In the Overall Plan for Deepening the Reform of Educational Evaluation in the New Era issued by The State Council in2020,it is mentioned that moral education evaluation should be improved.Through learning and understanding,it is not difficult to see that moral education evaluation is a means to improve moral education in schools. However,in the long-term practice, moral education evaluation is often ignored by the society, schools and parents, difficult to carry out, moral education evaluation subject is single, other subjects do not participate in the dilemma, therefore, this study attempts to conduct a study on the coordination of multiple subjects in primary school moral education evaluation from the perspective of synergy theory.Firstly, this study has done a large number of literature reading and collation in the fields of moral education evaluation and multi-subject,so as to understand the latest achievements and research in the current academic circle.Secondly,Haken’s synergy theory is selected as the theoretical basis. After in-depth study of the theory, four dimensions of collaborative willingness, collaborative motivation, collaborative information and collaborative ability are constructed as the analytical framework of this study. Then, daily observation and in-depth interview are used to collect data, and it is found that all moral education evaluation subjects in X primary school have difficulties in the process of evaluation, such as low willingness to cooperate, lack of coordination motivation, lack of coordination information, and lack of coordination ability.Based on the analysis of the causes of the above dilemmas,it is found that the causes of these dilemmas are related to the low importance of the relevant evaluation subjects to collaborative evaluation, the lack of effective external stimulus of the evaluation subjects, the degree of resource coordination in the evaluation is not deep enough, the quality of the evaluators themselves is not enough and other factors.Based on the above conclusion,it is proposed to focus on the order quantity and consolidate the willingness of multiple subjects to collaborate;Improve self-organization and activate the collaborative power of evaluation subjects;Make good use of collaborative effects and strengthen resource sharing in collaborative evaluation;Strengthen the training of relevant evaluation subjects, ensure the quality of collaborative evaluation, and other measures to break down the practical barriers between multiple evaluation subjects, and improve the tightness between various moral education evaluation subjects.
