| In the information age,computational thinking has become one of the indispensable basic abilities of students.With the promulgation of the Curriculum Standard of Information Technology for Compulsory Education(2022 Edition),computational thinking is even sinking from high school to primary and middle school.In the course teaching of information technology,the assessment of computational thinking has always been a key and difficult point.It can also be said that the achievement of the goal largely depends on the scientific nature of the assessment.The assessment of computational thinking is an important guarantee for the teaching effect and can effectively promote the consistent development of "teaching,learning and evaluation".In foreign countries,the design of computational thinking assessment tools and the construction of assessment indicators are earlier,and a relatively mature theoretical system has been formed.China began to focus on the assessment of computational thinking after 2014,so it is necessary to develop the assessment tools of computational thinking.This study constructs an assessment index system according to curriculum standards,and then carries out an analysis of the design and application effects of assessment tools combined with the cognitive development characteristics of junior high school students,hoping to provide front-line teachers with operational assessment tools and further guide the teaching of information technology courses.Promote the development of junior high school students’ computational thinking.This paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter,starting from the historical background,focuses on the assessment of computational thinking in junior middle school,proposes research questions,and introduces the research significance,research methods and routes.The second chapter mainly introduces the related concepts of thinking and computational thinking,and summarizes the assessment concept,structure,tools of computational thinking and the research status of junior high school.Chapter three,starting from the thinking activities of the question response,the relationship between computational thinking and knowledge ability,and the life experience of junior high school students,introduces the development ideas of the whole assessment tool,and finally forms the description of the structure of computational thinking.The fourth chapter,the construction of junior high school students calculation thinking assessment index system,and verify and modify it to improve;In Chapter five,the assessment tool is constructed based on junior high school students’ experience in other disciplines,information technology courses and problem solving.The tool is modified through trial statistical data,then measured in a large range,and the analysis tool needs to be further improved after data recovery.The sixth chapter summarizes the research experience,forms the conclusion,reflects on the deficiencies in the research and puts forward the research prospect.Through the specific implementation process of the assessment tool,it can be verified that the developed assessment index system of junior high school students’ computational thinking is feasible in the implementation,indicating that the index system based on curriculum standards is suitable for teaching.After modification,the assessment tool has high reliability and validity,and is operable in the process of implementation,which can reflect the development level of junior high school students’ computational thinking more accurately.After two applications of the assessment tool,this study put forward design suggestions on the improvement of the assessment tool.However,due to time constraints,the verification and revision results could not be issued again,so the tool can be continued to improve in the subsequent education and teaching. |
