At present,under the background of the normalization of the prevention and control of the new crown pneumonia epidemic and the entry of China’s economic development into a new normal,the economic growth rate is slowing down,and the youth employment situation is not optimistic.Under such a severe employment situation,the anxiety behind unemployment is often obscured,so that people focus on the employment situation of young people and ignore the psychological state of young people.Young people who are unemployed due to the complex and changeable external and economic environment are inevitably carried forward by the increasingly "involutionary" social wave,trapped in negative emotions such as anxiety and depression,which constitute the current unemployed youth.context of the times.If anxiety is not relieved in time,implicit anxiety will gradually spill over to form explicit harmful behaviors,which will gradually evolve into group anxiety problems,aggravating the development of the social environment in the direction of morbidity and alienation.Digging deeply into the formation mechanism of the anxiety of the unemployed youth,we can find that this anxiety is the emotional reality of the unemployed youth,which reflects the realistic dilemma and the low self-efficacy of the contemporary youth in terms of career development and life planning.Therefore,using the method of casework to study the anxiety of unemployed youth is not only a description of the survival picture of unemployed youth,but also a realistic observation of the spiritual scene of unemployed youth.Therefore,it is very necessary to pay attention to,serve and guide the unemployed youth to break free from the shackles of anxiety.This paper conducts a casework intervention study on the anxiety of unemployed youth.First,collect data through questionnaires and interviews to understand the current situation of anxiety problems of unemployed youth,and analyze the causes of their anxiety problems.Secondly,select clients according to the survey results,formulate and organize case activity plans based on the results of measurement and interviews,analyze the difficulties and needs faced by clients,and make full use of the dominant perspective theory,rational emotional therapy theory,family therapy theory and other majors Theoretically launched six case services to help clients get rid of anxiety,ease family relationships,recognize self-positioning,formulate work plans,and improve employability.With the intervention of casework,the client eased family conflicts,regained self-confidence,effectively managed and adjusted anxiety,awakened the client’s high fighting spirit,and guided the client to pursue vigorous spiritual development.However,in general,social workers are still needed to enhance the value display of individual clients,enhance the interest of services,and strengthen continuous follow-up visits.At the end of the research,this paper makes a profound reflection and summary of this service,and expects the government,families,schools and individuals to coexist and cooperate with each other to help unemployment through personal capital enhancement,social capital empowerment,and home-school field education.Relief of anxiety in youth.
