| Education and training is an important element of the service industry,which greatly promotes the development of national education in China and has great market potential.However,in the process of development of education and training companies,they face the phenomenon of lack of talents and imperfect human resource system,which seriously affects the benign operation of the whole industry.mst education group,as a chain type education group,still faces the problem of imperfect performance evaluation system in the process of rapid development,which leads to the high turnover rate of employees and the dilemma of talent development.This study takes MST Education Group as the research object,analyzes the problems faced by the internal performance evaluation and proposes optimization strategies in order to break the talent dilemma of the company and improve the motivation of the company’s development.This study combines theories related to performance evaluation and uses questionnaire survey and quantitative analysis to study the performance evaluation of MST Education Group.On the basis of sorting out the current situation of performance evaluation in MST Education Group,the current application of performance evaluation is investigated and analyzed,and its problems are discussed,mainly in the aspects of insufficient setting of indicators,poorly integrated evaluation standards,imperfect processes and inadequate application of results,and the causes of these problems are analyzed.Combining with the actual situation of MST Education Group,the optimization strategies are proposed in terms of optimizing the weight of performance evaluation indicators,improving the evaluation system,process optimization,and application of results.In order to ensure the implementation of the optimized scheme,guarantee measures are proposed in terms of comprehensive awareness raising,ensuring the scientific nature of the design,strengthening the process management of employees,and putting the results into practice.It is expected that the optimization of performance evaluation will improve the human resource management of MST Education Group and promote the stable and sustainable development of the enterprise,as well as provide certain reference for other enterprises. |
