Sports has good psychological value,can regulate our emotions,can strengthen self-concept and self-esteem,can reduce stress response,eliminate fatigue,and can coordinate interpersonal relations,because sports is always carried out in a certain social environment,always have contact and contact with people in sports,people can coordinate interpersonal relations,expand social interaction,improve social adaptability,Enhance the interaction between people.Interpersonal skills are necessary for college students.Whether in future work or current study,communication and communication with others are indispensable.Perspective of the study according to the psychological value of sports,explore the sports participation behavior,attitude to exercise influence on college students’ interpersonal skills as well as the relationship between the three,to improve college students’ interpersonal communication ability put forward new methods and Suggestions.A total of 500 students of different genders,majors,places of origin and ethnic groups from Inner Mongolia Normal University,Inner Mongolia University,Inner Mongolia University of Technology and Inner Mongolia University of Finance and Economics were selected as survey objects.The data were statistically analyzed by means of questionnaire,mathematical statistics and literature.The students participated anonymously and voluntarily in the form of online questionnaires issued by "Sports Participation Behavior Questionnaire","Exercise Attitude Scale" and "Interpersonal Skills Scale".In addition,statistical software such as SPSS25.0 was used for data analysis and the following results were obtained:1.In sports participation behavior,C1(M= 4.49)scored the highest,C2(M=2.35)scored the lowest,C3(M=3.44),C4(M=3.08).D2(M=48.95)had the highest score and D8(M=20.27)had the lowest score.The self-disclosure dimension of interpersonal skills had the lowest score(M=24.47).2.There were significant differences in the form of sports participation(t=8.094,p<0.05),participation time(t=5.505,p<0.05),and participation frequency(t=3.442,p<0.05)among different genders.There were significant differences in behavioral attitude(t=3.056,p<0.05),behavioral habits(t=3.113,p<0.05),behavioral intention(t=2.963,p<0.05),and behavioral control(t=5.017,p<0.05).There were no significant differences in interpersonal skills.There were significant differences in the form of sports participation(t=-2.947,p<0.05)and the time of participation(t=-1.991,p<0.05)among different majors.There was no significant difference in attitude towards physical activity.Interpersonal skills were significantly different in the dimension of emotional support(t=2.929,p<0.05).There were no significant differences in sports participation behavior,physical exercise attitude,and interpersonal skills in different places of origin.There were significant differences in the form of sports participation(F=0.54,p<0.05)among different ethnic groups.There was a significant difference in the behavioral habit dimension of physical exercise attitude(F=3.45,p<0.05).There were no significant differences in interpersonal skills.There were significant differences in the active interaction dimension(F=3.11,p<0.05)in interpersonal skills in different forms of sports participation.There was a significant difference between students with a participation time of less than 10 minutes and more than 60 minutes(F=3.25,p<0.05).There were significant differences in the frequency of sports participation,active interaction(F=4.38,p<0.05)and self-disclosure(F=3.17,p<0.05).3.Physical participation behavior is positively correlated with exercise attitude and interpersonal skills dimension,while physical exercise attitude is positively correlated with interpersonal skills dimension.4.Physical participation has a significant positive predictive effect on attitude towards physical exercise,among which C1(p=0.000<0.01),C2(p=0.000<0.01),C4(p=0.000<0.01),and interpersonal skills(p=0.012<0.01).Physical exercise attitude had a positive predictive effect on interpersonal skills(p=0.000<0.01).The results were analyzed and the following conclusions were obtained:1.College students’ sports participation behavior and attitude toward exercise are generally good,and their cognition of certain results caused by physical exercise is relatively correct.However,those who have important influence on individuals have a low degree of support for their participation in exercise.Interpersonal skills show that students are not good at expressing their own ideas.2.Among the different genders,boys’ sports participation forms,participation time,participation frequency,behavioral attitude,behavioral attitude,behavioral habits,behavioral intentions,and behavioral control sense were better than that of girls.The gap in interpersonal skills between boys and girls is not significant.The form and duration of participation of science students in different majors are better than those of girls.There was no significant difference in attitude towards physical activity.Interpersonal skills are better at the emotional support dimension for liberal arts students than science.There is not much difference between urban and rural students in different places of origin in sports participation behavior,exercise attitude and interpersonal skills.Among different ethnic groups,the behavior and habits of Mongolian students in sports participation and exercise attitude are better than those of Han and other ethnic groups.The gap between Mongolian,Han and other ethnic groups in interpersonal skills is not significant.Students who participate in sports are more intense and have a long duration and are better at active communication.Students who participate in sports for more than60 minutes are better at active interaction than students with less than 10 minutes.Students who participated in sports more frequently were better at active interaction and self-disclosure.3.Students with good sports participation behavior also have good exercise attitude and interpersonal skills.Exercise good attitude students interpersonal skills also better.4.College students’ sports participation has a significant predictive effect on their attitude towards physical exercise and a positive predictive effect on interpersonal skills.Physical exercise attitude has a positive predictive effect on interpersonal skills. |
