The in-service college students in this study specifically refer to college students who are new to the workplace and a group of college students who have graduated and worked for less than six years.This study adopts two main research methods.The first is to take college students who have been working for six years as the research object,and use the "Career Values","Psychological Contract",and "Career Planning Scale" as the measurement scales.A questionnaire survey was conducted on 376 in-service college students through two methods: questionnaire star and questionnaire sending;Descriptive analysis and correlation analysis were used to explore the relationship between career values,psychological contracts,and career planning,and regression analysis was used to verify the mediating role of psychological contracts in the relationship between career values and career planning.The main research findings are as follows:1.In terms of career planning,male students scored significantly lower than female students;The organizational responsibility score of student cadres is significantly higher than that of non student cadres,and the career planning score of student cadres is extremely significantly lower than that of non student cadres There are significant differences in career planning among different types of schools,as evidenced by the fact that students from 985 universities have significantly higher scores than key universities,while ordinary universities have significantly higher scores than 211 universities and key universities;There is a significant difference in family monthly income in organizational responsibility,with students with incomes below 5k scoring significantly lower than students with other income levels;In terms of professional values,students with a monthly family income of 5k or less scored significantly higher than students with a monthly income of 5k-50k;In terms of career planning,students with a monthly family income of less than 5k have significantly higher scores than students with a monthly income of more than20 k,and students with an income of 5k-10 k have significantly higher scores than students with an income of 20-50 k.All previous significant levels were p<0.05.2.There is a significant positive correlation between professional values and psychological contracts.3.There is a significant negative correlation between career values and career planning.4.There is a significant negative correlation between psychological contract and career planning.5.The mesomeric effect of management contract in professional values and career planningis significant,and the mesomeric effect accounts for 38.49%Conclusion:1.demography statistical analysis on professional values,psychological contracts and career planning shows that there are significant differences in gender,student cadres,school types and family monthly income,but no significant differences are found in whether there are only children,professional types and family types.2.There is a significant positive correlation between professional values and psychological contracts.3.There is a significant negative correlation between career values and career planning.4.There is a significant negative correlation between psychological contract and career planning.5.Psychological contract has a significant mesomeric effect from professional values to professional value planning.In Study 2,24 individuals from the same group as Study 1 were selected for interview analysis to verify the results of Study 1.Qualitative analysis was also conducted on the pairwise correlation between career values,psychological contracts,and career planning.The innovation of this study lies first in the selection of research subjects,with college students who have been working for one to five years after graduation as the research subjects.It analyzes the relationship between professional values,psychological contracts,and career planning.Secondly,it integrates the two different worlds of university and career,and the professional values and career planning during the university stage will continue to have an important impact on the initiation of career development.With the help of these innovative research,different conclusions from previous scholars have been obtained,which provides reference and inspiration for vocational values and career planning education in universities.At the same time,it also has certain reference significance for organizational recruitment and career planning management.
