At the fifth plenary session of the 19 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,the basic requirements for building a modern high-quality education system and the vision of building a strong country in higher education by 2035 were explicitly put forward.As the backbone of ordinary higher education institutions,we will shoulder an important mission for the progress of the times and social development.In the context of the internal development of higher education,it is necessary to analyze and study the reasons for the emergence of online learning burnout among many students and propose mitigation measures.By creating a good learning atmosphere and improving the quality of education,we can create a more favorable educational environment for personal growth and social progress,which is of great significance for promoting the modernization of education and enhancing the overall strength of the country.Based on the compilation of relevant literature,this study preliminarily understands the research status and causes of learning burnout.Then,one-on-one indepth interviews were conducted to preliminarily establish the basic model of online learning burnout causes and design a questionnaire on the influencing factors of online learning burnout based on the interview coding.With the help of SPSS and AMOS software,a model of the influencing factors of online learning burnout among graduate students was constructed by analyzing 328 valid questionnaires.The results show that the hypotheses of individual cognition,external factors,and information quality on online learning burnout have passed the hypothesis test and are established.The hypothesis of information literacy on information quality is also established.Information quality and information literacy have a mediating effect on online learning burnout.This article also explores the overall level of graduate students’ online learning burnout and the dimensions of its influencing factors through descriptive statistical analysis,and discusses the differences in the five main dimensions among demographic variables through variance analysis.Based on the above research,this article proposes mitigation suggestions from the perspectives of information literacy,individual cognition,information quality,and external factors.From the perspective of information literacy,online learning burnout can be alleviated by improving one’s own retrieval ability and making effective and reasonable use of search engine tools.From the perspective of individual cognition,strengthening learning motivation and willingness is an important way to improve learning efficiency.Setting reasonable learning goals can enhance learning initiative and self-drive.From the perspective of information quality,improving our information selection ability can help alleviate online learning burnout.From the perspective of external factors,positive emotional regulation,such as exercise and listening to music,can help alleviate online learning burnout.
