Research On The Thrift And Moral Cultivation Among Universities Students

The Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee pointed out that "always be modest and prudent,not arrogant and hardworking",which is of great and far-reaching strategic significance for promoting the construction of socialist spiritual civilization.The construction of socialist spiritual civilization requires the cultivation of new-age youth with thrifty moral,and the cultivation of new-age youth calls for the cultivation of thrifty moral among universities students.This paper takes the cultivation of thrifty moral among universities students as the research object,and analyzes the connotation and extension of the cultivation of thrifty moral among universities students with the background of the new era.The content of thrifty moral cultivation of universities students consists of the virtue of diligence and frugality,hard work,rational consumption,and self-discipline consciousness.The cultivation of thrifty moral among universities students should adhere to the principles of coordinating school education and self-education,combining theoretical education and practical education,and unifying explicit inculcation and implicit penetration.The empirical survey found that some universities students in Anhui Province have problems such as weak thrifty moral concept,blind comparison mentality,unreasonable consumption planning and low thrifty moral practice.The problems are not only due to the lack of self-cultivation awareness,but also due to the lack of attention to thrifty moral cultivation in schools,the direct influence of peer group behavior,the deviation of family thrifty moral cultivation concept and the negative influence of social environment.The cultivation of thrifty moral among universities students is a systematic project,which needs to be carried out in various aspects from colleges and universities,universities students,peer groups,families and society,in order to guide universities students to establish the correct concept of thrifty moral and help them to meet the needs of development of the times and the requirements of the historical mission to achieve the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,and to become the youth of the new era who can be entrusted with important responsibilities.
