The red gene originated from the advanced theory of Marxism,rooted in China’s excellent traditional culture,and originated from the centennial practice path of the CPC.It not only gives us spiritual guidance,but also flows through the red blood of every CPC member and Chinese people.The strong spiritual power contained in the red gene has important value in strengthening students’ ideals and beliefs,cultivating students’ correct world outlook,outlook on life and values.As an important part of the education system,colleges and universities are the academic community that undertakes the functions of talent training,scientific research,social services and cultural inheritance and innovation,while carrying out the red gene inheritance education is the internal requirement for colleges and universities to adhere to the socialist direction of running schools.Based on this,colleges and universities should fully tap the local red resources,use the red gene to cultivate people,and promote the transformation of red resources.The text of this paper is divided into four parts.The first part describes the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of red gene,combs the concepts of red gene,red gene inheritance education and red class,and discusses the theoretical basis for carrying out red gene inheritance education,which lays a solid theoretical foundation for future research.The second part is the investigation and research on the current situation of the red gene inheritance education in G Normal University.Through the investigation,it is found that G Normal University has formed a relatively complete education system in the red gene inheritance education,which has always been carried out around five aspects: classroom teaching,daily management,campus culture,social practice and scientific research.Therefore,students have relatively high awareness and emotional identity of the red gene.The third part discusses and analyzes the problems and reasons of the red gene inheritance education in G Normal University.The survey found that the red gene inheritance education in G Normal University has problems such as poor classroom teaching effect,imperfect daily management system,insufficient campus cultural atmosphere,small influence of social practice activities and insufficient diversity of scientific research output.Further discussion found that the main reasons for this phenomenon are the imperfect operation mechanism of the red classroom in G Normal University,and the imperfect red education system Inadequate construction of campus culture,insufficient innovation of social practice activities and poor effect of academic ecological construction.The fourth part is the targeted optimization strategy based on the practical problems found in the investigation process,mainly around the classroom,management,culture,practice and scientific research.Based on the era background of building a socialist modern power in an all-round way,this paper takes the red gene inheritance education of G Normal University as the research object,analyzes the current situation of carrying out the red gene inheritance education through interviews and questionnaires,and proposes optimization strategies,with a view to providing certain reference and reference for the development of red gene education in colleges and universities,while promoting the high-quality development of red gene inheritance education. |
