Abstract/Summary:
Research purpose: To explore the impact of core strength training on the stability of college tennis majors’ baseline moving forehand and backhand strokes.Through the comparative experimental method,it is demonstrated that core strength training is effective for tennis majors to hit the ball straight and diagonally with forward and reverse strokes in place;Run straight and diagonal strokes on the turn back; The positive impact of "ITN" in situ hit accuracy and "ITN" running hit accuracy technologies provides theoretical and practical guidance for more scientific training of college tennis majors.Research methods: A total of 12 students majoring in tennis in physical education at the School of Physical Education of Nanchang University were selected as the experimental subjects, and the research content was the experiment of core strength training on the stability of tennis baseline forward and backhand strokes.Divide the12 students equally into two groups of 6 people each. The experimental group adopted a 40-minute core strength training method, while the control group adopted a40-minute traditional strength training method. The experiment lasted for a total of 12 weeks and was conducted twice a week for a total of 24 training sessions, with each training time controlled at 40 minutes.Six test indicators have been developed for the baseline in place forward and backward racquet diagonal stroke, baseline in place forward and backward racquet diagonal stroke, baseline turn back running forward and backward racquet diagonal stroke, baseline turn back running forward and backward racquet diagonal stroke,"ITN" forward and backward racquet in place racquet accuracy test, and ITN "forward and backward racquet in place racquet accuracy test. Finally, after a 12 week controlled experiment, the changes in the stability of the two groups of students’ baseline moving forehand and backhand strokes were demonstrated.Research results:In the test results of the impact of baseline backhand and forehand straight diagonal hitting techniques, after 12 weeks of intervention experiments, both traditional strength training and core strength training failed to significantly improve the forehand hitting performance of the two groups of players(P>0.05);Both training can significantly improve the performance of backhand strokes(P<0.05);From the perspective of inter group significance analysis, compared to traditional strength training, core strength training significantly improved the performance of tennis players in standing forehand, straight line, and diagonal strokes(P<0.05).In the test results of the impact of baseline backhand diagonal stroke technique, after 12 weeks of intervention experiments, both traditional strength training and core strength training can significantly improve the baseline backhand diagonal stroke technique of both groups of players(P<0.05);However,from the perspective of inter group significance analysis, compared to traditional strength training, core strength training significantly improved the performance of tennis players in diagonal strokes with forward and reverse strokes at the baseline(P<0.05).In the test results of the impact of baseline turn back running backhand and backhand straight diagonal stroke technique, after 12 weeks of intervention experiments, core strength training had a significant improvement effect on baseline turn back moving backhand and backhand straight diagonal stroke performance(P<0.05),while traditional strength training did not have a significant improvement effect(P>0.05).In the test results of the impact of backhand diagonal stroke technique on baseline turn back running, after 12 weeks of intervention experiments, core strength training had a significant improvement effect on the performance of backhand diagonal stroke in baseline turn back running(P<0.05),while traditional strength training had no significant improvement effect(P>0.05).In the test results of the technical impact of "ITN" backhand baseline in situ hitting accuracy, after 12 weeks of intervention experiments, core strength training significantly improved the performance of "ITN" backhand baseline in situ hitting accuracy(P<0.05),while traditional strength training did not have a significant improvement effect(P>0.05).In the "ITN" backhand racquet baseline running stroke accuracy technical impact test results, after 12 weeks of intervention experiments, core strength training significantly improved the "ITN" backhand racquet baseline running stroke accuracy performance(P<0.05),while traditional strength training did not have a significant improvement effect(P>0.05).Research conclusions:Core strength training can improve the technical ability of tennis majors to hit the ball with backhand and diagonal strokes on the baseline, and enhance the stability of backhand and diagonal strokes on the baseline.Core strength training can improve the technical ability of tennis majors to backhand diagonal strokes on the baseline, and enhance the stability of straight and diagonal strokes during backhand runs on the baseline.Core strength training can significantly improve the "ITN" stroke accuracy test for tennis majors, and can improve the accuracy of their forward and backhand strokes in situ and during running.
