It is clearly pointed out in the beginning of Ideological and Political Curriculum Standards for ordinary High Schools(2017 edition,2020 revision)issued by the Ministry of Education that "high school ideological and political courses are the key courses to implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality and cultivating people",and the successful completion of this task is specifically reflected in the cultivation of students’ core quality of subjects.The core accomplishment of ideological and political discipline mainly includes: political identity,scientific spirit,legal consciousness and public participation accomplishment,and scientific spirit accomplishment is the basis and prerequisite for political identity achievement,legal consciousness formation and public participation realization.Scientific spiritual literacy can train students to master and apply Marxist viewpoints to analyze and solve practical problems,form dialectical thinking quality and rational analysis of problems,and then make correct value judgment and behavior choice,which is particularly important for high school students who are in the "booting stage".However,the content of scientific spirit literacy is abstract,which is difficult for students to produce spontaneously.Therefore,special teaching methods are needed to help students cultivate scientific spirit literacy.The part of suggestions for the implementation of the new curriculum standard especially emphasizes the need to "strengthen discrimination and choose the learning path guided by positive value".Based on the emerging discrimination teaching in the context of the new curriculum reform,students can experience a series of processes of independent identification,comparative identification,and value clarification through presenting analytical topics and creating analytical contexts,ultimately making correct value judgments and value choices,In this process,students’ speculative spirit and the quality of cautious questioning have been cultivated,which is highly consistent with the requirements of cultivating scientific spiritual literacy.Based on the practical demands of the discrimination teaching of "Philosophy and Culture" in high school for cultivating students’ scientific spiritual literacy,this article analyzes the current situation and reasons for cultivating scientific spiritual literacy in the discrimination teaching of "Philosophy and Culture" in high school,and proposes practical paths on this basis.The research content of the thesis includes five parts:The first part is the related overview of discrimination teaching and scientific spirit accomplishment.Firstly,it expounds the concept of discrimination teaching and high school ideological and political course discrimination teaching.Secondly,it expounds the concept of students’ scientific spiritual accomplishment.Finally,focusing on the goal,content,problems and process of four aspects of the characteristics of high school ideological and political course discrimination teaching.The second part is the necessity and importance of the application of discrimination teaching in Philosophy and Culture.This paper discusses the necessity of using discrimination teaching to cultivate scientific spirit from three aspects: textbook content,teaching objective and teaching subject.This paper expounds the importance of using discriminating teaching to cultivate scientific spirit quality from four aspects of "learning thinking practice understanding".The third part is the investigation of the present situation,problems and reasons of the application of discrimination teaching to cultivate scientific spiritual accomplishment in Philosophy and Culture.According to the results of questionnaire survey and interview,the existing problems and causes are analyzed,mainly from the four aspects of issues,situations,activities and evaluation to analyze the problems existing in discriminatory teaching to cultivate students’ scientific spiritual literacy,and from the aspects of teaching subject,teaching time and teaching evaluation mechanism to analyze the reasons.The fourth part is the exploration of the strategy of cultivating scientific spiritual accomplishment by discriminating teaching in Philosophy and Culture.Based on the basic operation link of discriminating teaching,the author designed discriminating issues,carefully created discriminating situations,enhanced the effectiveness of discriminating activities and formulated a developmental evaluation system around the objectives and tasks of cultivating students’ scientific spirit literacy,combined with the specific teaching examples in Philosophy and Culture,to explore the implementation strategy of discriminating teaching to cultivate students’ scientific spirit literacy.The fifth part is an application case demonstration of the cultivation of scientific spiritual accomplishment by discrimination teaching in Philosophy and Culture--a case study of "value judgment and value choice".Compile a complete design of teaching activities,respectively from the teaching materials and learning situation analysis,teaching objectives,teaching difficulties,teaching process and teaching reflection and evaluation of the teaching case analysis.
