As the reform of general high school education continues to advance, the education and teaching in general high school is trying to get rid of the shackles of examination-based education. The new physics curriculum standards also emphasize the need to focus on cultivating students’ core physics literacy and thinking skills in the teaching process, which requires teachers to design more scientific teaching designs to cultivate students’ thinking skills with the aim of improving students’ thinking skills.SOLO classification theory,as a qualitative assessment method, can diagnose students’ current thinking level hierarchy and provide teachers with a The SOLO classification theory is a qualitative assessment method that can diagnose students’ current level of thinking and provides a strong theoretical basis for teachers’ instructional design.First, after reading a large amount of literature on SOLO classification theory and analyzing the current state of research at home and abroad,we found that the integration of SOLO classification theory into high school physics teaching is only in its initial stage. This study emphasizes the SOLO classification theory and instructional design as the basis, the development of open-ended test questions based on SOLO classification theory to diagnose students’ current thinking level, the analysis of teaching materials, the establishment of teaching objectives, the analysis of learning conditions and the selection of teaching methods. The teaching practice based on SOLO classification theory was presented with "centripetal force" and "gravity" as examples.Secondly,by setting up an experimental class and a control class, the same teacher will teach the chapters of "Circular Motion" and "Gravity and Aerospace" based on the above theories, and test the effectiveness of integrating SOLO classification theory into the teaching design of high school physics through before and after comparison. The study shows that the integration of SOLO classification theory into high school physics teaching is superior to traditional test-based education in terms of improving students’ thinking, providing a deeper understanding of students’ learning,a method for teachers to diagnose students’ thinking levels, and a basis for teachers to design teaching processes. |
