Research On The Path Of Integrating Ideological And Political Education Into College Students' Employment Guidanc

In the report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it is clearly put forward to implement employment priority strategy,strengthen employment priority policy,improve several pages of promotion mechanism,and promote high-quality and full employment.Employment is the most basic livelihood.College students’ employment is also one of the hot issues that the society pays most attention to.With the progress of the times and the rapid development of society,college students’ employment has many new difficulties and challenges different from the past,so it is urgent to promote the innovative development of employment education.Ideological and political education in colleges and universities can guide students to establish a correct view of job selection,employment and entrepreneurship,cultivate college students’ sense of social responsibility,service consciousness,innovation consciousness and labor quality,and help college students learn to cooperate and communicate.Therefore,it has very important theoretical and practical significance to strengthen college students’ employment guidance.This paper focuses on how to integrate ideological and political education into college students’ employment guidance,mainly studying why,how and who should be integrated.The full text is divided into four parts.The first part is the definition of related concepts and the interpretation of related theories,focusing on the ideological and political education,employment guidance theoretical issues to provide the necessary theoretical support for in-depth research.The second part studies the role of ideological and political education in employment guidance,mainly the role of college students’ employment outlook,talent outlook,labor values.The third part is through a questionnaire survey,combing the current ideological and political education into college students’ employment guidance reality,existing problems,and analysis of the main causes of the problems.The fourth part is in view of the existing problems,the ideological and political education into college students’ employment guidance in the new era of the realistic path to propose corresponding countermeasures.Employment is a hot issue involving students’ vital interests.Educators should attach great importance to and pay attention to the important value of integrating ideological and political education into employment guidance for college students.This is not only a new field of ideological and political education,but also an important realistic reflection of ideological and political education.Exploring its new characteristics and development laws is a proposition that needs continuous and in-depth research.
