The talent, especially the high quality talent, is an important factor which the society develops, and how to put the talent on the right position is the essential condition which is related to the harmonious social. Higher education is fast developed these years, it is hard for the college students to get a job, and the problem seems more and more apparent. It is such a big problem that the society becomes pay attention on it.As a country whose higher education has already reach the universal step, Japan also faces the problem that it is difficult to find a job. Under the circumstances, the Japanese government, the society, as well as the universities have taken many kinds of effective actions to solve this problem. Thanks to all these actions, the employment situation of university graduates' in Japan maintain high and stable, though the economy and the employment rate is not so good these years.There are many things in common between China and Japan, they are all eastern countries, they both establish socialistic market economy system, and they both face the problem that more and more college students are graduated, also the problem that the unemployment rate grows year by year, there are so many things for our country to learn from Japan.In this article, the management system of employment for Japanese college students is quite comprehensively introduced; It introduces what the Japanese colleges do to give the employment guidance, and also the characteristic of that guidance; Then introduces the employment management system in China and the employment guidance in Chinese colleges; Through the comparison between China and Japan, puts forward some suggestions for the reformation and development of how to build a perfect employment management system and give guidance to college students...
