In the current era of smart education,with the continuous progress of information technology,the continuous optimization and popularization of teaching terminal equipment and the continuous improvement of relevant teaching services,it also promotes the layout and construction of education software and hardware ecology and operation mode of enterprises.It provides sufficient space and strength for the development of education in the future.This project comes from the technical cooperation project of Huawei office experience(education industry),a school enterprise industry university research technical service cooperation project between Hunan University and Huawei Technology Co.,Ltd.,which the author participated in while studying in the school of design and art of Hunan University.The project is carried under Huawei’s software and hardware intelligent ecosystem.It will mainly focus on the teaching scene of classroom teaching,explore the potential needs of K12 user group in the process of education and teaching,and tap the experience competitiveness of teaching software around smart screen in this scene.Build the framework of the core experience scenario with the user as the center,define the design direction and strategy,and output the software application design scheme under the classroom teaching and education scenario.In this project,the author participated in the research and practice as a researcher and interaction designer.The project mainly includes two parts: design and practice.The design research is divided into early product research stage and user research stage.In the early product research stage,the main goal is to understand and input relevant background information and expand design creative ideas.The work includes sorting out the current situation and process of the development background of smart education and the classroom teaching scene characteristics of K12 user group under this background by using the method of desktop literature research;Use the method of competitive product analysis to understand and sort out relevant competitive products,and summarize their functional direction;Through the method of data report collection,obtain and sort out the future technology development trend,and expand thinking for subsequent scheme design.In the user research stage,in order to establish user portraits and effectively tap user needs,we mainly sort out and understand the characteristics of k12 education user group,conduct in-depth interviews with this user group,obtain user pain points and itch points,and gain insight into their needs.Next,the design practice part mainly carries out the design direction positioning according to the preliminary product research and user research results,deeply analyzes and insight into the core needs of users in different scene stages,formulates the design strategy,defines the functional modules,outputs the "teaching master" software application and its design interface and interaction prototype,and finally carries out the usability test to verify the scheme.At present,the design practice work is basically completed.This project is a complete research practice experience,which shows the whole process from early product research to user research,mining core user needs,constructing user portraits,formulating design strategies and producing design schemes,which has certain guiding significance for the application innovation research and design of K12 user group in the classroom teaching scene.
