With the political,economic,and social development of the country,the importance of education in the national strategy has become increasingly prominent.While adhering to the premise of reform and innovation and coordinated development,it vigorously promotes educational equity and rational allocation of educational resources;while vigorously popularizing basic education,it also promotes the standardization of vocational education.YL Education Group,based on its in-depth study of national policies,has reviewed the situation and adjusted changes to the internal policies of the group,and substantially adjusted and changed the investment weights of various existing projects of the group.The quality of employment of graduates from vocational colleges and the quality of talent training have been gradually improved along with the opening of the path of vocational education,and the quality and social recognition of vocational education have been gradually improved.As there are still some shortcomings in the cultivation of highly skilled personnel and vocational training system,it is not conducive to the smooth promotion of China’s skillful nation.As the status and social recognition of vocational education gradually improves,the willingness of families to choose vocational education will slowly increase,and with it,vocational education and training institutions will see unprecedented development opportunities.With the adjustment of national policies,the competition for the existing market share among education and training institutions with vocational education type as their core business is intensifying.Under the fierce competitive market environment,which type of competitive strategy YL Education Group should adopt to ensure a strong market competitiveness is the current problem to be solved and an important part of this thesis research.This paper takes YL Education Group as the research object and uses a combination of research methods such as literature research method,interview research method and comparative research method to analyze and evaluate.In the research process,we analyze the opportunities and threats of the external environment of the group in detail with the help of PEST analysis model;we analyze the competition situation of the same type of education market in the industry with the help of Porter’s five forces model and CPM competitive situation;we analyze the internal resources and capabilities of YL Education Group and weigh the core competitiveness of the group with the help of VIRN to consider the group’s own comparative By analyzing the internal resources and capabilities of YL Education Group and weighing the core competencies of the group using VIRN,the group’s own comparative advantages were comprehensively considered.Through the research of this paper,the direction and power point of YL Education Group in the competitive environment of the company is discussed from several perspectives.The study and analysis of YL Education Group’s competitive strategy will have implications for other educational and training institutions of the same type.
