| Since the beginning of 2020,affected by the new crown epidemic,online teaching as a new form of teaching organization has been widely used in front-line teaching,ensuring the smooth progress of teaching,but also brought many new problems,such as difficulties in good interaction between teachers and students,lack of standardized management of students,low enthusiasm for students,and difficult to guarantee teaching effects.Effective teaching assessment can standardize and guide teaching activities,promote student learning and overall development,and thus improve the quality of teaching.Based on the above background analysis,this paper aims to explore the implementation status of high school biology online teaching assessment and propose optimization strategies for the problems existing in the high school biology online teaching assessment process.In this study,teachers and students of second-level schools in Fuzhou City,Fujian Province were surveyed through questionnaire survey and interview method to understand the current status of online teaching assessment of high school biology.Through the survey and investigation,it is found that the problems in the assessment of online teaching of high school biology are: at the school level,the formulation of online teaching assessment standards has not received enough attention;Teachers’ online teaching assessment skills training is not well implemented;The way teachers are evaluated is single and needs to be improved.At the teacher level,teachers’ teaching assessment literacy needs to be strengthened;Teachers do not pay enough attention to the differences in students;Teachers’ assessment feedback to students needs to be improved and assessment language needs to be improved;The main body and method of evaluating students are relatively single;The content of the assessment of students is not comprehensive enough.At the student level,students do not pay enough attention to self-assessment and reflection.In view of the problems existing in the assessment of online teaching of biology in high schools,the optimization strategies proposed in this study are: at the school level: pay attention to the formulation of online teaching assessment standards;Implement training for teachers in online teaching assessment skills;Focus on assessment for development.At the teacher level:improve teaching assessment literacy;improving the language of pedagogical assessment;Focus on the use of multiple assessments;Pay attention to students’ individual differences and personality development needs;Improve the form of assessment feedback.At the social level:optimize the construction of online teaching platforms;Actively carry out research related to online teaching assessment. |
