General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out at the seminar for teachers of ideological and political theory courses in schools that the key to good thinking classes lies in the teachers,and proposed that teachers of thinking classes should have six qualities and qualities: strong politics,deep feelings,new thinking,broad vision,strict self-discipline and positive personality.Education is the great plan of the country and the party,we should integrate moral education into the field of education,and constantly train talents for the party and the country.The development of education,the majority of Civics teachers have a great responsibility,the mission is glorious.At present,China is in the process of achieving the second hundred-year goal and completing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,the conditions of the times are constantly changing and developing,to take up the mission given by the times,the teachers of the university’s Civics course must cultivate talents who meet the needs of socialist construction and have firm ideals and beliefs.It is necessary to constantly strengthen their own ideals and beliefs education,resolutely uphold the authority and centralized leadership of the Party Central Committee,to ensure that all work adhere to the correct political direction,focusing on improving their own political literacy.However,there is still a gap between the completion of the political literacy of the teachers of college Civics and the reality requirements.To cultivate the builders and successors of socialism it is necessary to improve the political literacy of teachers.The thesis takes the political literacy of college Civics teachers as the theme,firstly,it compares the importance of improving the political literacy of college Civics teachers,and elaborates on three aspects: strengthening the Party’s leadership,achieving the fundamental goals of education and improving personal cultivation,fully highlighting the necessity of conducting research on the political literacy of college Civics teachers.Secondly,the structure of the study is defined.Starting from the specific questions of what to cultivate,how to cultivate and for whom to cultivate,the composition of political literacy of Civics teachers is divided around the goal of cultivating people for the Party and for the country.The starting and ending points of political literacy are sought from three aspects: political stance,political beliefs,and political commitment,in order to explore the logical relationship between the three.This thesis takes the form of a questionnaire to conduct a survey.The data collected through questionnaires are analyzed and generalized to derive the situation of college teachers of Civics and Political Science in terms of political literacy,and the survey finds that the overall level of political literacy of college teachers of Civics and Political Science is good.However,due to the influence of subjective and objective conditions,there are still some teachers who have problems in the cognition and performance of political literacy and other aspects.In view of the current development status of political literacy of college Civics class teachers,the reasons for the existence of political literacy of college Civics class teachers are explored to provide a basis for further improving the political literacy of college Civics class teachers.In order to solve the problems of political literacy of college Civics teachers,targeted solutions and measures are proposed from three aspects: society,school and individual,which provide reference and reference for strengthening the political literacy of Civics teachers. |
