Research On The Design Of Teaching Practice Courses For Physical Education Majors Based On Achievement Orientation

Results-oriented education is one of the core concepts of teacher training professional certification.It is an educational concept to take students’ learning results as the orientation.This concept recognizes that learning results obtained after education process is the goal of curriculum design,which can effectively improve the quality of teacher training.This study uses text analysis,interview and other research methods for undergraduate physical education practiceInvestigate and analyze the actual situation of the curriculum,find out the actual problems,investigate the causes of the problems,and then determine the physical education professional education practice learning results(namely core competence and indicators).According to the learning results,the author tries to optimize the construction of the curriculum objectives,the reconstruction of the curriculum content,the implementation path of the outcomes and the curriculum evaluation,reverse design the objectives,contents,implementation and evaluation of the educational practice curriculum,and build a set of reasonable and scientific educational practice curriculum contents under the guidance of the concept of results-oriented education.This study explores "how to design undergraduate physical education professional education practice course",hoping to provide teachers,educators and students participating in the practice with relatively complete macro thinking and specific operational tips through the renewal of the concept and the reconstruction of curriculum values.To develop the curriculum design of physical education professional practice and improve the pre-service teacher education curriculum of physical education major,so as to promote the quality and effect of education practice curriculum.We will promote the reform and development of teacher education and comprehensively improve the quality of teachers.
