In 2018,the Department of Physical Health and Art Education of the Ministry of Education issued the "2018 Work Points of the Department of Physical Health and Art Education of the Ministry of Education" to vigorously promote tennis into schools.Lanzhou University of Technology public sports tennis courses are in full swing, and the tennis atmosphere is strong.Tennis has become a favorite sport of contemporary college students, and tennis is an elegant sport that combines strength and beauty, movement and beauty, and physical beauty. However, motor dysfunction seriously affects students’ learning of tennis skills.Improving the level of motor dysfunction through corrective intervention training plays an important role in improving students’ motor skills. In this paper,60 male students from the 2021 university public physical education class tennis special class of Lanzhou University of Technology were used as a sample, and subjects with motor dysfunction were screened as the experimental group, and the rest were control groups. On the basis of the analysis of motor dysfunction in the experimental group, the corrective intervention training teaching module was added to the teaching, and the rest of the teaching content was consistent with that of the control group. Both groups were taught for 12 weeks. The scores of FMS and tennis skills of the two groups were measured before and after the intervention, and targeted analysis was carried out in combination with tennis teaching. The results are as follows:(1)Through the analysis of the action pattern disorder of the subjects in the experimental group,it was found that the subjects had problems such as slumped waist, shoulder forward or round shoulders, arm flexion and extension, limited flexibility of ankle, knee and hip joint, and poor body movement control during the test.(2)The comparison results of FMS in the experimental group before and after intervention showed that the total score of FMS test after intervention was significantly higher than that before intervention,P=0.000.Among them, there were significant differences in basic flexibility: shoulder flexibility and active straight leg elevation mode scores,P=0.002,P=0.008;subextreme stability: there was no significant difference in rotational stability mode scores,P=0.083;high threshold stability: there was no significant difference in trunk stability push-up mode scores,P=0.083;functional action modes: squat, hurdle step, straight lunge step, three action mode scores were significantly improved after intervention,P=0.014,P= 0.046 、P=0.025。 The comparison results of FMS in the control group showed that there were no significant differences in basic flexibility, subextreme stability, high threshold stability, and functional action mode.(3)After 12 weeks of corrective intervention, the subjects’ tennis skill scores were improved, and the correlation between the Δ value of the total FMS screening score and the Δ value of the skill assessment score was analyzed, and the results showed that the Δ value of the total score of functional motor screening was positively correlated with the Δ value of the skill assessment score, indicating that the change of FMS screening score may have a certain positive impact on improving the level of tennis skills.Based on the results of the study, the following conclusions were drawn:(1)By analyzing the characteristics of the subject’s motor dysfunction,it was found that the subject had problems of insufficient joint flexibility, weak muscle strength and poor body movement control, which reflected the relevant characteristics of the subject’s motor dysfunction, and these characteristics were causal with limited joint flexibility, weak muscle strength and imbalance of body movement control, indicating that it may also be an important cause of motor dysfunction.(2)After corrective intervention in subjects with motor dysfunction, the functional motor mode score of subjects was improved overall, which verified the effectiveness of corrective intervention training.Specifically, there were positive changes in the performance of basic flexibility and functional motor mode, indicating that students’ basic flexibility and functional motor mode were easier to improve in a short period of time(12 weeks).Due to the long-term nature of the trunk core lifting cycle and the susceptibility to daily life(learning)habitual posture, there were no significant changes in the action mode such as subextreme stability emphasizing trunk and core stability, and high-threshold stability emphasizing spinal and shoulder blade stability. This shows that through targeted corrective intervention training,it is difficult to achieve the ideal improvement effect of subextreme stability and high threshold stability in the corresponding motor dysfunction of subjects in a short period of time(12 weeks).(3)By analyzing the correlation between the subjects’ FMS performance and skill score, the correlation analysis was carried out to obtain a positive correlation between the two.By analyzing the comparison of subjects’ screening results before and after the experiment,it is known that the change of FMS screening performance is the effect of corrective intervention training,so it indirectly shows that corrective training has a certain positive impact on the improvement of skill level to a certain extent.Based on the conclusions of the study, the following recommendations are made:(1)Students with low functional action screening test need to strengthen core strength training, improve core stability and body movement control ability, enhance the coordination of the development of upper and lower limb strength, improve the flexibility of various joints of the body, and effectively improve the asymmetry of action and compensation.(2)Sub-extreme stability and high threshold stability training play an important role in improving core stability and body movement control ability, and enhancing the coordination of upper and lower body strength development. However, considering the economy of training, compared with the sub-extreme stability and high threshold stability action mode that is difficult to improve in a short time, more attention should be paid to the training of basic flexibility and functional action mode in the training of tennis special courses for ordinary college students with limited total learning hours, and the sub-extreme and high-threshold stability training with a lot of investment, long time consumption and short training effect is not obvious in a short time is completed after class homework.(3)Based on the results of functional motor screening,a corrective intervention plan is formulated based on the identification of students’ motor dysfunction. However, the formulation of corrective intervention training program should not only consider the common conditions such as the characteristics of experimental projects and experimental groups, but also consider the individual differences between experimental groups, and formulate an intervention correction training plan that combines commonality and individuality,so as to achieve the purpose of training and not blind training.
