The quality of communication between teachers and students in the classroom affects the cultivation of students’ core literacy and values.This article takes the communication between teachers and students in high school geography class as the research object,and uses the research method of classroom observation to analyse the current situation of communication between teachers and students in high school geography class in the new era,and gives specific improvement countermeasures for existing problems.This study first determines that the observation principle of teacher-student communication in the classroom is to promote the quality of classroom communication,stimulate students’ learning initiative,promote the all-round development of teachers and students,and equal respect for the teacher-student relationship.Then,based on it,a high school geography classroom teacher-student communication observation scale is built.The first-level indicators of the observation scale are the classroom teaching environment,classroom type,classroom teaching content,classroom teaching process,classroom teaching media and after-class homework assignment.There are 20 secondary indicators,and the detailed content is recorded through class example observation and analysis.Select 10 sections of "provincial and ministerial-level","municipal-level" and ordinary geography courses to observe and analyse the current situation of teacher-student communication in high school geography classrooms.Through the quantitative statistics and qualitative evaluation of the observation data of indicators,combined with analysis and explanations,it is summarised that the teaching atmosphere of teachers and students in the classroom.Finally,the research gives targeted improvement countermeasures for the problem of teacher-student communication in high school geography classroom,which mainly includes building a suitable environment for classroom teacher-student communication,reasonable design of teaching activities,focussing on emotional communication with students,diversification of communication methods,differentiation of homework layout,and improvement of teachers’ own concepts.The proposal of a targeted strategy provides a certain basis and reference for the construction of a harmonious classroom. |
