| Strengthening the construction of geography teaching staff is the requirement of the new edition of geography curriculum standard.The improvement of geography teachers'understanding and understanding of the curriculum is helpful to ensure the quality of geography curriculum implementation and cultivate students' geography core accomplishment.Starting with senior high school geography teachers,this paper investigates the current situation of senior high school geography teachers' curriculum understanding,through data analysis,finds out the problems existing in geography teachers' curriculum understanding,analyzes its influencing factors,and puts forward corresponding strategies.The text is divided into five parts:Part One:Introduction.Collect,organize and analyze the relevant literature of"course understanding" and "geography curriculum understanding ",sort out the research results and existing problems of" curriculum understanding "and" geography curriculum understanding "from two levels at home and abroad,establish the research goal of the article,and follow the idea of raising problems,analyzing problems and solving problems to construct the research route of the full text.The second part:Theoretical basis and concept definition.It is clear that the theoretical basis of the article includes geography curriculum and teaching theory,constructivism learning theory,philosophical hermeneutics theory.The concept of geography curriculum understanding is defined,that is,the process and result of geography teachers' individualized interpretation of geography curriculum text based on their own knowledge and educational experience in curriculum practice,and its performance in the implementation of geography curriculum.It is clear that the object of geography curriculum understanding is curriculum idea,curriculum goal,curriculum content,curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation.The third part:Analysis of current situation.Using questionnaire survey method and classroom observation method to analyze the geography teacher's curriculum understanding.After analysis,it is found that the overall situation of geography teachers'curriculum understanding is not optimistic.The concrete manifestation is:the connotation is not clear,lacks the creation,the object narrows,the contradiction is confused,the orientation is single and so on.On this basis,the factors influencing geography teachers' curriculum understanding are summarized.The fourth part:Propose strategy.In view of the above problems,five strategies are put forward:the main body communication strategy,the training guarantee strategy,the research common advance strategy,the task-driven strategy,the lifelong learning strategy.On this basis,the connotation and requirements of the five strategies are explained.Part V:Conclusions and prospects.From the geography teacher curriculum understanding connotation,the present situation analysis,the promotion strategy and so on several aspects combs the article basic conclusion.This paper points out the deficiency in the analysis of the present situation and the strategy,and points out the direction of the following geography course understanding research. |
