| In the report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, emphasized that China should further implement the strategy of strengthening the country with talents, promote the flow of scientific research talents, and build a highland of scientific research talents, which is the key to the high-quality development of cities. The development of low-carbon economy will help to provide more high-paid employment and more comfortable living environment, which will attract scientific research talents. At the same time,The region’s integrated growth of a low-carbon economy and scientific research talent is supported by the Yangtze River Delta’s accelerated integration process. Therefore, studying the internal influence mechanism of low-carbon economy on the flow of scientific research talents under the background of the integration of the Yangtze River Delta, and formulating a reasonable scientific research talent policy will provide the driving force for China ’s low-carbon development and the integrated development of scientific research talents. The purpose of this paper is to study the impact of low-carbon economy on the flow of research talents and the path of influence, firstly,to comb through the domestic and foreign literature, and use the entropy value method to measure the level of low-carbon economy in the Yangtze River Delta region from the level of low-carbon environment, the level of lowcarbon technology, the level of economic development and the level of energy consumption and analyze the current situation.Based on the push-pull theory, the impact path of lowcarbon economy on the flow of scientific research talents is proposed, and the spatial correlation of the flow of scientific research talents and the spatial impact of low-carbon economy on the flow of scientific research talents are explored by using the spatial econometric model. Then, the dynamic GMM model is used to explore the spatial lag of the flow of scientific research talents and the impact of low-carbon economy on the flow of scientific research talents and the impact path. Finally, the threshold model is used to explore the impact of low-carbon economy on the flow of scientific research talents with the Yangtze River Delta integration index as the threshold variable. The results show that the development of low-carbon economy takes Shanghai as the leader, the flow of scientific research talents in the Yangtze River Delta presents internal and external ’ double circulation ’,and the agglomeration effect of scientific research talents is prominent.Based on the spatial econometric model,it is found that the spatial agglomeration effect of scientific research talent flow is prominent, and the impact of low-carbon economy on scientific research talent flow has spillover effect.Based on the dynamic GMM model,it is found that there is a time lag in the flow of scientific research talents, and the low-carbon economy promotes the flow of scientific research talents by improving the level of lowcarbon environment,low-carbon technology, economic development and inhibiting energy consumption.Taking the integration level of the Yangtze River Delta as a threshold variable,it is found that low-carbon economy has a non-linear impact on the flow of scientific research talents. When the integration level of the Yangtze River Delta is at a low level, the impact of low-carbon economy on the flow of scientific research talents is not significant. When the integration level of the Yangtze River Delta is at a high level, the low-carbon economy has a significant positive impact on the flow of scientific research talents.Based on the above research results, policy recommendations are proposed to promote the development of lowcarbon economy, the interconnection of scientific research talents, and the integrated development of low-carbon economy and scientific research talents.Figure[14] table[19] reference[96]... |
