Research On The Construction Of Productive Training Bases For Vocational Schools And Enterprises

The biggest difference between vocational education and general education is that vocational education is the main goal of cultivating students’ professional ability.Professional ability is actually a practical ability.The training base is the material basis and necessary condition for practical teaching.Therefore,comprehensively strengthening the construction of training bases and creating a high-quality training environment is an urgent problem for all vocational colleges.School-enterprise cooperation production training base construction mode is an innovative move of vocational education reform,is the need to innovate economic development,and promote the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry;it is the requirement to adapt to the reform of vocational education personnel training mode and improve employment competitiveness;Promote the sustainable development of the training base and achieve a strong measure for mutual benefit between the school and the enterprise.This paper comprehensively uses the literature research method and the case analysis method.From the perspective of multidisciplinary research,through the combing of a large number of domestic and foreign literatures,the connotation,function and theoretical basis of the school-enterprise cooperative production training base are extracted.This paper analyzes the construction mode of the production and training bases of the school-enterprise cooperation between domestic and foreign vocational colleges,and selects the German dual system,Singapore "teaching factory" model,the Australian TAFE model,and the British modern apprenticeship system Mode;the domestic is based on the different business entities introduced three school-enterprise cooperative production training base construction model:school-led model,enterprise-led model and school-enterprise joint business model,analysis of the pros and cons of various models.Taking Hunan Mechanical Elecctrical Polytechnic as the empirical research object of the school-enterprise cooperation productive training base,the paper analyzes the model of the school-enterprise joint-stock production training base.It puts forward six thoughts on the sustainable development of the production-oriented training base of vocational schools and colleges: expanding the financing channels,improving the“hematopoietic” function of the base;implementing the government’s responsibilities,creating a good environment for educating people;strengthening the main position of the enterprise and exerting the industry The coordination role of the association;improve the level of base teachers,create a "double-type" teacher education team;safeguard the interests of all relevant parties in the base,establish a long-term cooperation mechanism;establish a management system and responsibility mechanism with clear rights and responsibilities.
