Research On The Construction Of National Defense Education System In Hunan Universities

Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.The CPC central committee with comrade Xi Jinping at the core has,in its great practice of strengthening and rejuvenating the armed forces,stressed adherence to the overall concept of national security and adopted a series of measures aimed at enhancing the national defense awareness of the whole people,including college students.National defense education has been fully carried out in colleges and universities as a universal education after local colleges and universities nationwide stopped training national defense students in 2017.Universities in the process of national defense education,and continuously strengthen their own national defence education system,in order to improve the level of our national defense education,made substantial achievements,but also encountered many problems,mainly reflected in the systemic rather than the specific link of national defense education,therefore,to comprehensively improve the level of the national defense education in colleges and universities,to effectively solve the school itself in the realistic problems of the construction of national defense education system.On the basis of literature research,this study on the content of the construction of national defense education system in colleges and universities,and then through the questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews and other methods,the 8 "ordinary" national defense education contents arrangement,organization and management,operation security and effect evaluation and so on four aspects of the construction of the system,the "normal" construction situation in Hunan province were investigated.On this basis,the researcher adopts the method of mathematical statistics and comparative study of Hunan province "normal" situation of the construction of the system of national defense education in colleges and universities is analyzed,finding out the "normal" in the national defense education in colleges and universities in Hunan province in significant problems of the construction of system,including the teaching content is not comprehensive,organization and management,security is not effective operation and effect evaluation is not scientific,the serious influence the effect of the national defense education,the reason is mainly because the universities do not take the poor,the supervision of the competent department in charge of construction,national defense education system is not standardized.In order to solve the above problems,this paper draws on the experience of foreign colleges and universities and Hunan national defense characteristic schools in national defense education,and puts forward the improvement measures for the national defense education system construction of "ordinary" colleges and universities in Hunan province.To be specific,first,constantly improve the understanding level of "ordinary" colleges and universities on national defense education,and improve the importance of college leaders on national defense education;The second is to set up uniform standards for national defense education in "ordinary" colleges and universities,standardize the work of national defense education and gradually form standardization.The third is to strengthen the supervision of the higher competent departments on the national defense education in "ordinary" colleges and universities,supervise and urge the national defense education in colleges and universities to implement various standards,and give classified guidance on various work;Fourth,actively promote the construction of national defense education system in "ordinary" colleges and universities.The conclusion has important practical opinions on the construction of national defense education system in Hunan "ordinary" universities.
