Design And Implement Of College-Level Support System Of Service Integrating Study Relationship To Help Throughout The Process Of Taking The Postgraduate Entrance Examination

With the development of society and the intensification of competition,postgraduate entrance examination has become the choice of more and more undergraduates.However,the process of taking the postgraduate entrance examination is lengthy and tedious,requiring students to choose their majors and institutions,understand the information about applying for the examination,and prepare for the exam.In this context,this thesis proposes a Design and Implement of College-Level Support System of Service Integrating Study Relationship to Help Throughout the Process of Takingthe Postgraduate Entrance Examination,aiming to provide students with more comprehensive and targeted services.The specific work is as follows:(1)Analyzes the relevant technologies and theoretical methods applied in the development of this support system,as well as the factors that affect students’ selection of target universities.(2)Introduce the concept of study relationship and analyze the scenarios around us that use study relationship to obtain postgraduate entrance examination information.Drawing on the idea of acquiring information through study relationship,integrate it into this system.Break through the dilemma of students obtaining information from target universities due to narrow social circles.(3)Conduct a detailed analysis of the service support system,and analyze the system functions and main activities through use case diagrams and activity diagrams.The main functional modules of the system include the maintenance of study relationship module,dynamic data collection module for postgraduate entrance examination students,postgraduate entrance examination service module,statistical analysis module,postgraduate entrance examination database management module,and system management module.(4)A detailed design has been made for the structure of the service support system,including system architecture,functional module diagrams,classes and interfaces,databases,as well as methods for recommending universities and guiding alumni for postgraduate entrance examination.(5)We have preliminarily implemented the service support system,including the system’s maintenance of academic study relationship information module,dynamic data collection module for postgraduate entrance examination students,postgraduate entrance examination service module,statistical analysis module,postgraduate entrance examination database management module,and system management module implementation interface.This system integrates study relationships to achieve the aggregation of scattered data and information,breaking the situation of narrow access to information in the original personal social circle,and effectively helping students obtain a wide range of postgraduate entrance examination information data through study relationship networks.Building a postgraduate entrance examination database can effectively save students’ time and energy in obtaining information,and students can invest more time and experience in reviewing.Based on historical data,it is recommended for students to enter graduate school,providing reference for students,and to some extent,students blindly apply for the exam.At the same time,it can effectively improve the current work of teachers in collecting and releasing information on postgraduate entrance exams,reduce the burden on teachers,and through collecting data,it can fully grasp the status of students’ postgraduate entrance exams,track the entire process,and better serve students.This thesis mainly analyzes and designs a new system that integrates study relationship and supports throughout process of college level postgraduate entrance examination services,which helps to reduce the workload of college postgraduate entrance examination services and improve the success rate of students’ postgraduate entrance examination.However,its implementation still needs to be improved.
