| The amateur sports school is an important part of the training system of Chinese competitive sports,plays a vital role in the training process of Chinese competitive sports,makes an indispensable contribution to the development of Chinese competitive sports.With the establishment and all-round development of the socialist market economic system and the deepening of the reform of education and sports,people pay more and more attention to the development of the cultural education of the amateur sports school,and the problems in the cultural education of the amateur sports school gradually appear.In order to realize the strategic goal of building a sports power as soon as possible and fit the training strategy of sports talents under the background of sports education integration in the new era,amateur sports schools need to explore the cultural and educational development path in line with the requirements of the new era,so as to guarantee the all-round development of young athletes and promote the rapid development of competitive sports cause in our country.Therefore,based on the current situation of the cultural education of amateur sports schools in our country,this research tries to draw lessons from foreign athletes’ successful experience of cultural education,and on the basis of mechanism analysis,explore the path consistent with the development of the cultural education of amateur sports schools in our country.Through the method of literature,logical analysis,interview,field investigation and case analysis,this paper sort out the development process and current situation of cultural education in amateur sports schools,summarize the development predicament of cultural education in amateur sports schools,analyze the inspiration of relevant theories to the cultural education in amateur sports schools,absorb the successful experience and inspiration of the development of sports schools in the United States and Germany,and analyze the corresponding mechanism On the basis of exploring the feasibility of strengthening the cultural education of our country’s amateur sports schools.The 8 chapters in this paper can be divided into four parts.The first part(Chapters 1-2)is the basic part of the research,including the basis and significance of the topic selection,research objects and methods,research ideas,literature review and theoretical basis.The second part(Chapter 3-4)is the main part of the research,including the development process,current situation and predicament of the cultural education in the amateur sports school.The third part(Chapter 5)is a case study,including the successful experience of the development of athletes’ cultural education in the United States and Germany and the enlightenment to the cultural education of amateur sports schools in China.The fourth part(Chapter 6-8)is the conclusion of the study,including the mechanism analysis,path analysis and conclusion of strengthening the cultural education of amateur sports schools.The specific research contents are as follows:The first is to sort out the existing scholars’ research on the cultural education of amateur sports schools and the cultural education of athletes at home and abroad,and explore the enlightenment to the development of cultural education of amateur sports schools on the basis of scientific theories.Scholars fully realize the major problems in the development of cultural education in amateur sports schools,and at the same time provide countermeasures for their development by referring to the successful experience of foreign athletes’ cultural education.However,because the strategy fails to control the existing problems from the perspective of development and connection,the strategy is not effective.Therefore,with the help of scientific theories,this paper builds a theoretical framework for strengthening cultural education in amateur sports schools on the basis of educational management theory,incentive theory,collaborative governance theory and mechanism design theory,so as to ensure the scientific research logic.The second is to summarize the development process,current situation and predicament of the cultural education in the amateur sports school.Through sorting out the position and policies of the development of the amateur sports schools since the early establishment of the amateur sports schools in 1955,this paper makes a phased arrangement of the development of the culture education of the amateur sports schools.In this process,it is pointed out that the cultural education in the current amateur sports school is still Mired in the dilemma of outstanding contradiction in learning and training,lack of cultural education management mechanism,weak learning motivation of athletes,lack of teacher security mechanism,and stagnation of cultural education operation mechanism.The third part is to discuss the successful experience in the development of athletes’ cultural education in the United States and Germany,and its enlightenment to the cultural education of amateur sports schools in China.It is found that the successful experience in the development of athletes’ cultural education in the United States and Germany mainly includes the school-running concept of "balanced education",multi-level institutional governance system,unified talent training goals and strict enrollment and graduation standards.On this basis,this paper proposes to change the traditional training concept of competitive sports reserve personnel,unify the goal of personnel training,and establish the governance system of athletes culture education in line with the current situation of the development of amateur sports schools in our country.Fourthly,based on the analysis of coordination mechanism,guarantee mechanism,incentive mechanism,evaluation mechanism and operational mechanism,the paper summarizes the feasible path for amateur sports school culture education in our country based on current development status and difficulties,including actively strengthening publicity and education,and transforming the concept of reserve talents in competitive sports;Unify the goal of talent training and promote the ability of collaborative governance;Establish cultural education guarantee system,perfect cultural teaching conditions;Pay attention to the development of cultural education,strengthen the comprehensive quality assessment;Improve the feedback evaluation of cultural teaching and promote the reform of cultural teaching;Promote diverse and differentiated education to enhance students’ cultural learning motivation. |
