In recent years,with the increasingly fierce social competition and the severe form of further education,there is a phenomenon of "only division" in society,ignoring the coordinated development of students’ other comprehensive qualities.Senior three students are influenced by the interaction of social,school,family and other pressures,causing greater physical and psychological pressure,which has attracted wide attention from the society.By using the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics,this paper investigates the mental health status and exercise habits of senior three students in six senior three schools in Chengdu,analyzes the behavioral characteristics,exercise habits and mental health status of senior three students,and compares the ten factors of the Mental Health Scale for Middle School Students with those of senior three students in different exercise times,different exercise duration,different exercise intensity and different exercise years.Independent sample T test and variance analysis are used to analyze whether there are sports habits or not,so as to provide some theoretical support for senior three students to improve their mental health and develop sports habits.The conclusions are as follows:(1)Senior three students in Chengdu attach importance to sports,and exercise and physical fitness are the main motives.The way of participating in sports is mainly with classmates,and the sports venues are mainly concentrated in schools,communities and parks.The learning task is heavy,and lack of time is the main factor restricting their participation in sports.The number of times to participate in sports is basically twice a week,and the duration of sports is mainly within one hour,and the intensity of sports is mainly small and medium.(2)Senior three students in Chengdu have different degrees of mental health problems,and the symptoms of compulsion,anxiety and study pressure are higher than the national norm.There are significant differences in depressive symptoms between male and female students,and the depressive symptoms of female students are higher than those of male students.The mental health status of students majoring in arts and sports is better than that of students majoring in arts and sciences.(3)There are differences between male and female students in senior three in Chengdu: there are significant differences between male and female students in sports participation years,sports times,sports time and sports intensity.Male students have more sports times and time than female students,and their sports habits are higher than female students.(4)There are differences between the mental health status and exercise habits of senior three students in Chengdu,and the students who develop exercise habits have better mental health status.There are significant differences in psychological imbalance between male and female students with exercise habits,and the psychological imbalance of male students is higher than that of female students.Exercise more than 4 times a week,exercise for more than 90 min minutes,and high-intensity exercise will improve your mental health.The longer you keep exercising,the better you will be in symptoms such as compulsion,anxiety and study pressure.Different sports preferences have significant differences in symptoms such as compulsion,depression,and learning pressure.Sports preferences choose students who are in the same antagonistic event,which has better mental health benefits.Put forward the following suggestions: actively adopt sports behavior intervention to improve the mental health level of senior three students;Strengthen mental health education,and combine home and school to form a joint force;Strengthen the construction of campus sports culture and cultivate students’ good sports habits;Strengthen the construction of teaching staff and improve the management mechanism of students’ mental health.
