"Professional Standards for Kindergarten Teachers(Trial)" puts forward: "Kindergarten teachers should take" Professional Standards "as the basis for their professional development.Make self-professional development plans,love their posts,respect their work,and enhance their professional development consciousness;boldly carry out the practice of teaching protection and innovate constantly;actively conduct self-evaluation,take the initiative to participate in teacher training and independent training,and gradually improve the level of professional development." It is required in the document that preschool teachers should not only study in the process of preschool education,but also need professional autonomous learning to meet the development needs of preschool teachers’ lifelong learning.This study adopts the research method of combining stratified sampling and random sampling,and selects 2138 preschool teachers in J district of a city as the research object.With questionnaire survey and interview,we can understand the present situation of preschool teachers’ professional autonomy development in public parks and private parks,and explore and analyze the influencing factors of that from five dimensions: their professional autonomy development awareness,planning,action,reflection and regulation,so as to make suggestions for improving the professional autonomy development level of preschool teachers in public parks and private parks.In this study,SPSS26.0 was used to analyze,and the results showed that the overall level of teachers’ professional self-development in public parks was significantly better than that in private parks.Specifically,teachers in public parks are significantly better than teachers in private parks in three dimensions: professional self-development awareness,reflection and regulation,but there is no significant difference between teachers in public parks and teachers in private parks in terms of professional self-development planning and action.Demographic variables: gender,age and teaching experience have significant differences on the level of professional independent development of teachers in public parks;age and teaching experience have significant differences on the level of professional independent development of teachers in private parks.Through the combination of data analysis from questionnaire survey and teacher interviews,this paper analyzes the factors that affect the professional autonomy development of teachers in public parks and private parks from two levels.Professional self-development is mainly influenced by teachers’ professional self-development consciousness,reflection and regulation.Demographic variables are mainly influenced by the gender,age and teaching experience of teachers in public parks and the age and teaching experience of teachers in private parks.By analyzing the professional independent development and demographic variables of teachers in public parks and private parks,the following suggestions are put forward.Suggestions on the promotion of teachers’ professional self-development in public parks in terms of demographic variables: improve professional cognition and development awareness;give play to the dominant position and improve the ability of reflection;Enhance professional identity and professional development ability;optimize the development plan and improve the ability of regulation and control.Suggestions on improving teachers’ professional self-development in private parks are as follows: establish lifelong learning concept and enhance development consciousness;combine theory with practice to improve the ability of reflection;take a variety of ways to improve the ability of regulation.Suggestions on the promotion of teachers’ professional self-development in private parks in terms of demographic variables: awakening the enthusiasm for development and enhancing the motivation for development;enhance professional identity and enhance professional development ability.
