| Background: With the music movement has become a trend,the streets with headphones movement of the crowd can be seen everywhere, a large number of studies also show that with the movement of the body and mind will have a positive impact.Nowadays, the rapid development of information technology, watching video in the movement is also more and more convenient, many young people in the treadmill movement will choose to watch the video while running, watching video and listening to music movement effects on the movement of the relative Lack of research,this study is mainly based on the above background to carry out.The purpose of this study is to compare the effects of music stimulation and music video stimulation on athletic ability during exercise. There are more influencing factors of exercise ability. This study mainly reflects the changes of exercise ability through the most important indicators of cardiopulmonary function.Experimental method: The study subjects were 20 graduate students, including 10 men, 10 women. 20 subjects participated in two experiments, the first experiment under the stimulation of music, the second time in the music video stimulation. Experimental use of cardiopulmonary exercise function in the treadmill incremental load program,boys with six load levels, girls with five load levels. Combined with computer monitoring indicators and subjects subjective feeling until the exhaustion criteria, to stop the experiment. Twenty subjects were accompanied by music during the course of the experiment, using the portable gas analyzer and the heart rate to collect the physiological data of the subjects as an indicator of athletic ability. Each subject was tested at the end of the experiment using subjective sensory scale (RPE), exercise-induced mood questionnaire, selection response, flash fusion frequency, and so on to test the subject’s heart and movement physiological state. Each subject after the end of the experiment to rest a day and then the second music video stimulation under the experiment.Results: (1) 20 subjects were consistent with the psychological and physiological status before the two experiments, P> 0.05. (2) The duration of exercise was significantly longer than that of the music group (P <0.05). And the increase of male time was greater than that of female, P <0.05. (3) At the end of exercise, there was significant difference between conscious scale and P <0.05. The subjective exercise load intensity of the subjects in the video group is significantly greater than the music group. After the end of the movement, the selection of the video group is lower than that of the music group, P <0.01. There was no difference in the frequency of flash fusion between the two groups, P> 0.05. There were no significant differences in the results of exercise - induced mood questionnaire after exercise at the end of the exercise.There were no significant differences in the results of active stimulation, physical and mental fatigue, physical fatigue and heart fatigue.(4) During the course of the experiment, there were differences between the indexes of cardiopulmonary function in the subjects, the inflection point of the VE monitoring curve during the course of exercise, the time of occurrence of the anaerobic threshold (AT), and the music video group Time later, P <0.01. The maximal oxygen uptake (V02max) of the subjects was higher than that of the music group (P <0.05).There was no significant change in the respiratory rate (Rf) of the respiratory rhythm of the subjects in both groups, P> 0.05.Conclusion: In aerobic treadmill exercise, compared with music stimulation:music video stimulation can reduce fatigue, improve positive emotions.In the aerobic treadmill exercise, compared with the music stimulation: music video stimulation of the exercise time was significantly higher, aerobic exercise capacity, anti-fatigue ability is also higher, and boys exercise time higher than women.In the aerobic treadmill exercise, compared with the music stimulus: music video stimulation can improve the ability of cardiopulmonary exercise, the maximum oxygen uptake significantly increased, the body metabolic level and muscle oxygen capacity significantly improved.In the aerobic treadmill exercise, compared with the music stimulus: music video stimulation under the anaerobic threshold appears time delay, energy metabolism has changed, aerobic exercise time is longer, the potential of tolerance is also increased.In the aerobic treadmill exercise, compared with the music stimulus: music video stimulation has no effect on respiratory stability, respiratory frequency of the degree of dispersion did not change significantly, watch the video will not change the respiratory rhythm, affect the respiratory stability. |
