| In January 2020,the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s speech at the sixth meeting of the Central Economic and Financial Commission encouraged the construction of the Twin Cities Economic Circle in the Chengdu-Chongqing region.The rapid development of the regional economy leads to the continuous expansion of the domestic demand space,and competitive sports is also an important initiative to promote regional economic development because of its endogenous power base.If there is a gap between the strength of competitive sport in Chengdu and Chongqing compared to the strong provinces in the north of China,the gap between the development of competitive sport in Sichuan Province and Chongqing City is even greater.In this paper,we first investigate the development history of competitive sports in the Chengdu-Chongqing region,the structure of projects and other macrolevels,using methods of literature research,comparative research and expert interviews,with the aim of drawing a preliminary map of the synergistic development of competitive sports in the Chengdu-Chongqing region.In addition,considering the scope of regional competitive sports development,this paper introduces synergy theory and system theory to build a system of synergistic competitive sports development in Chengdu-Chongqing region,to use the system framework to explore the realistic basis of synergistic competitive sports development in ChengduChongqing region and to provide theoretical support for further and more targeted promotion of synergistic competitive sports development in Chengdu-Chongqing region.The development of competitive sports in Sichuan Province has gone through about four distinct historical phases,while the development of Chongqing as a municipality under the direct control of the central government has been relatively short.In this paper,the study of the development trend of competitive sports in ChengduChongqing region,through the introduction of systematic theory,shows that,according to the distribution of medals obtained by Sichuan Province and Chongqing Municipality in the 12 th,13th and 14 th Chinese National Games,Sichuan Province was found to be dominant in four main sports: triathlon,field hockey,diving and soccer: The synergistic development of competitive sports in the Chengdu-Chongqing region is of great significance to the overall development of competitive sports in the West,the formation of regional synergy of competitive sports,the cohesion of regional social development,and the integration in the construction of the "twin city economic circle".At the same time,there are good conditions for promoting the synergistic development of competitive sports in the Chengdu-Chongqing region in terms of regional economic bases,regional cultural homology and cooperation bases.However,the synergistic development of competitive sports in the ChengduChongqing region also faces difficulties,such as the contradiction of regional development under the administrative fragmentation and the contradiction of competitors in the National Games.This paper introduces the systems theory to build a synergistic competitive sports development system in the Chengdu-Chongqing region,with the four subsystems of competitive sports development subject system,competitive sports development strategy system,competitive sports development resource system and competitive sports operation system as the internal structure and the four aspects of political,cultural,economic and scientific and technological environment as the external environment of the system.After the research and analysis,it was found that the subjects of regional competitive sports development are multiple The analysis shows that there are multiple levels of subjects in regional competitive sports development,development strategies play the role of "witness" for regional competitive sports development,regional sports resources are "polarized" and complementary in many aspects,the operating mechanism for competitive sports development in the two regions is relatively solid,and the system The external environment also influences the internal development of the system.In addition,the synergistic development system is characterized by holistic nature,openness,complexity,nonlinearity and inhomogeneity.Finally,based on the previous research and analysis on the macro and micro aspects of competitive sports in the Chengdu and Chongqing regions,this paper proposes strategies for the synergistic development of competitive sports in the Chengdu and Chongqing regions.It mainly proposes strategies for the synergistic development of competitive sports in the Chengdu-Chongqing region in terms of defining a comprehensive regional development concept,strategic planning for future development,institutional guarantee for orderly development,and flexible organization for synergistic implementation. |
