Technical Analysis And Winning Factors Study Of The Nanquan Versatile Project At The 14th National Games

Since the sixth National Games in 1987,Wushu routine has been listed as an official event in the National Games.Among them,as one of the three items,the southern boxing class all-around event,has been a popular item for the teams to compete for.With the continuous improvement of athletes’ technical level,how to seize the "winning" point is the key factor to obtain excellent performance.In view of this,this study takes the final athletes of men’s and women’s Nanquan all-around events of the 14 th National Games as the research object,and uses the methods of literature,data statistics,logical analysis and field investigation to analyze the relationship between the score and loss of athletes’ movement quality,drill level,difficulty,individual performance and final performance in the Nanquan all-around events.In order to provide theoretical and practical reference for the innovation and development of Nanquan all-around events,this paper explores the winning rules and influencing factors of the event.The following conclusions are drawn through analysis:(1)According to the correlation analysis,the influence degree of the final performance of male athletes is in the order of movement quality > difficulty > drill level,while that of female athletes is in the order of difficulty > drill level > movement quality.Among them,there is a significant positive linear correlation between the age of male athletes and the score of movement quality in Nanquan,the score of drill level in Nanquan,the number of years of training and the score of difficulty in Nanquan,and the sports grade with the score of movement quality in Nanquan,Nandao and Nanquan,and the score of drill level in Nanquan,while there is no correlation between female athletes.(2)The penalty points of movement quality are high,and all the penalty points are caused by difficulty followed by static movements.The three codes with the largest number of penalty points are 70,51 and 56 in order.Men’s and women’s athletes are slow to enter the best state of competition and their ability to withstand pressure needs to be strengthened.The score gap between the drill levels is small,and all the athletes’ rating levels are(2)and(3)in the "good" level,which prompts the athletes to start from the perspective of innovation and arrange unique routine movements.The success rate of difficulty completion is very important,because the failure of difficulty will lead to the deduction of points for the quality of movement and the level of rehearsal.In the high-level Nanquan analogy competition,athletes will choose to obtain full marks for difficulty with the least amount of difficulty.At the same time,the competition pattern of "strengths and weaknesses" has changed,and the stable performance of each item affects the final ranking.(3)The winning factors of the Nanquan all-around events in the National Games are mainly divided into three aspects: core winning,leading winning and subordinate winning,which restrict and influence each other.The core winning factors are: zero mistakes in difficulty is the premise of winning,the high standard of movement quality is the key to winning,the creativity of drill level is the core of winning;The dominant winning factors are: athletes’ mental state,coaches’ overall plan,referees’ holding level;Subordinate winning factors are: logistics support of the sports team,the National Games competition arrangement,the opponent’s performance.Suggestions:(1)Consolidate the basic technology and pay attention to details.(2)Innovative technical movements and unique style of arrangement.(3)Strengthen the athletes’ ability to withstand pressure on the spot and emphasize the importance of "first time" playing.(4)Further optimize the competition rules.
