Analysis Of The Influence And Inspiration On The Business Behavior Of Five Major League Professional Football Clubs From The Perspective Of Institutional Logic

In recent years,due to the impact of the novel coronavirus epidemic and the fading of the "gold dollar football" craze,the negative news of unpaid salaries and disbanding of professional football clubs has been repeated,and the football Association has launched another round of "anti-corruption" campaign.On the other hand,the clubs of the five major leagues(English Premier League,Spanish Liga,Italian Serie A,German Bundesliga and French Ligue 1,referred to as the "Five leagues")have always maintained healthy and sustainable business conditions.According to the General Plan for the reform and development of Chinese football issued by The State Council,it is necessary to promote the healthy and stable development of professional football clubs,regulate the management of professional football clubs,and give full play to their dominant position and important role in the professional league.Therefore,summarizing,combing and analyzing the five major league clubs’ internal and external operating environments and operating experiences are helpful to understand the shortcomings of Chinese professional football club management and promote the sustainable and healthy development of professional football club.By using the method of literature,case analysis,mathematical statistics,comprehensive analysis and comparative analysis,this paper systematically sorts out the relevant data of the five major leagues and Chinese professional football clubs,and studies the operation behavior of professional football clubs in the five major leagues under the guidance of the system logic theory.The analysis shows that the five major league professional football clubs have formed the cooperative governance of "government-society-market" under the external multiple system logic.Internally,the club has a clear property right,an organizational structure with different roles and checks and balances,and a management team with good knowledge of the club and professional quality.The combination of these two aspects enables the club to maintain a sound and sustainable development.Through comparative analysis,it is found that there are still many problems in professional football club such as the fuzzy identity position under the multiple system logic,the leadership role of government logic has not been fully developed,the understanding of social logic has not been formed,the lack of property rights of club,the imbalance of internal governance of club and so on.In order to solve the problems existing in the daily operation of professional football club,we should speed up the related system construction of professional football club,promote the development of club community,promote the marketization of professional football,perfect the structure of property rights relations and corporate governance,and perfect the system of talents of professional football club.
