Due to the restriction of various factors,the physical fitness level decreased significantly.Therefore,we choose to study the construction of physical training content system,aiming to establish a relatively complete physical training content system to guide them to carry out physical training,and effectively improve the physical fitness level of teenagers.Based on the perspective of actual effect and risk,scientific research methods are adopted to construct the content system of adolescent physical fitness training,and to explore the intervention effect of physical fitness training system on adolescent physical fitness level,so as to reduce the chance of sports injury and improve the physical health status of adolescents.This paper studies the construction of the physical training content system of youth sports clubs from the perspective of actual effect and risk,and summarizes the literature data method,expert survey method,questionnaire survey method and other studies: the content system of physical training is an important guarantee for the effect of youth physical training and the development of physical fitness.And draw the following conclusions:1.The selection of physical training content for teenagers should be based on the law of adolescent growth and development to ensure the improvement of physical health level.And reduce the risk of sports injury among adolescents,so as to ensure the effectiveness of physical training.2.According to the theories and components of teenagers’ physical fitness,the primary indicators of adolescent physical fitness training content system was preliminarily established.After several rounds of screening by experts,the first-level indicators were finally determined as physical form training and physical fitness training,with 10 second-level indicators and 64third-level indicators.And according to the hierarchical analysis method to determine the weight of each index.3.According to the construction of youth physical training content system design physical training plan,divided into warm-up stage,main stage and finishing stage three parts,warm-up stage main training content for activation and dynamic strain,sensitive coordination quality training,main part for speed,strength,endurance training,finishing part for soft quality training and recovery.According to the experimental study of physical training content system and training program,it is proved that the physical training content of this design has a positive effect on improving the physical level of teenagers,and has a better effect on improving the physical level of teenagers compared with the traditional physical training. |
