Competitive sports is one of the main contents of the development of human social sports.It bears the heavy responsibility of the development of human society.It is the general trend of the development of sports talents in the world to train competitive college sports talents.After many years of practice and exploration,the construction of Chinese high-level sports team has made some achievements in training high-level athletes.However,there are still many problems,including the contradiction between learning and training.Promoting the integrated development of learning and training of high-level athletes in colleges and universities is the inevitable choice for high-level sports teams to achieve sustainable development.In this paper,by the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview,logical analysis,mathematical statistics and other methods,the author tries to analyze the current problems of learning and training faced by Chinese college basketball teams in the process of development,and find out the factors that restrict the integrated development of learning and training of Chinese college basketball teams.This article proposes a way to promote the sustainable development of Chinese college basketball high-level sports teams,and provides certain theoretical support for the development of our regular college high-level basketball.The main research results are as follows:(1)Most high-level basketball players have weak cultural background,and the main motivation for them to enroll in colleges and universities is to enter the professional team,improve their employment competitiveness and further study in colleges and universities;(2)The failure rate of high-level basketball players is high,and their overall learning performance needs to be improved;The main reasons for the high failure rate of athletes lie in the preferential policies of study and the weak foundation of students’ academic courses.In the formulation of the teaching plan and content of the culture course,the teachers of the culture course did not take into account the particularity of the athletes’ status and did not "teach students according to their aptitude";In terms of learning form,some schools will suspend training for a long time,which wastes a lot of time in competition and training,resulting in a serious shortage of learning time.After athletes spend a lot of energy on competition and training,the extracurricular learning situation is not optimistic,the overall learning initiative and enthusiasm is not high;(3)There is some irrationality in the athlete management mechanism.The training weekly arrangement and time arrangement are relatively close,and the training time is generally long and the learning time is short.In order to promote the "integration of learning and training" and enhance the sustainable development of high-level basketball teams,the relevant paths are put forward: to enhance the high-level basketball players’ subjective initiative in learning and stimulate the student-athletes’ interest in learning;Effectively improve the level of culture and education of high-level basketball players,create and enhance their employment competitiveness;Develop the learning culture curriculum system suitable for high-level basketball players,coordinate the time contradiction between learning and training,and promote the "integration of learning and training";Strengthen the attendance management and examination management of high-level basketball players;Reasonable development of high-level basketball player management and operation mechanism,targeted preparation of teaching plans and content,so as to "teach students according to their aptitude". |
