The physical education for the middle school entrance examination is a unified evaluation model for junior high school graduates to make physical fitness evaluation.It is a national measure to strengthen students’ active participation in physical exercise and enhance their physical fitness.Taking a comprehensive view of the development process of the physical education for the secondary school entrance examination,it is a dynamic process of constant adjustment and has a profound impact on the school physical education teaching behavior.The national Opinions on the Implementation of Comprehensively Strengthening and Improving School Physical Education in the New Era pointed out that it is necessary to promote the reform of school physical education evaluation system,improve the content,method and scoring method of the physical education test for the middle school entrance examination,scientifically determine and gradually increase the score.To solve this problem,it is necessary to investigate the development and change process of the physical education system for the middle school entrance examination as a whole,as well as its impact on school physical education teaching behavior.This paper adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview,field survey,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis to sort out the changes since the implementation of the senior middle school entrance examination sports system in Lanzhou from a macro perspective,compare it horizontally and vertically,and explore its impact on school sports teaching behavior,with a view to improving the content of the senior middle school entrance examination sports test in Lanzhou Methods,scoring methods and effective integration of school physical education reform and development provide theoretical basis and practical reference.The study draws the following conclusions:(1)The change of testing methods during the implementation of the secondary school entrance examination in Lanzhou ensured the fairness and impartiality of the physical education examination process,but the test content system was not perfect,the evaluation method system was not perfect,and the setting of the basic sports ability testing standards was lower than the National Constitution Testing Standards,which made it difficult to give full play to the effective evaluation of students’ sports ability and physical condition.(2)The implementation of physical education for the secondary school entrance examination in Lanzhou has effectively improved the status of the school’s physical education discipline.The allocation of physical education teachers,curriculum hours and extracurricular activities are in line with the provisions of relevant national policy documents,which has enhanced the students’ attention to physical education courses and extracurricular physical exercises,and has driven the students’ enthusiasm and initiative to participate in classroom and extracurricular(off campus)sports activities.The students’ physical education achievements in the secondary school entrance examination are on the rise year by year,However,the lack of physical education teaching infrastructure(venues)in most schools has not been effectively solved.(3)The implementation of physical education for the secondary school entrance examination in Lanzhou City has,to a certain extent,increased the teaching objectives,teaching contents and teaching methods of physical education courses,as well as the "examination oriented" tendency of physical education activities inside and outside the school.School physical education teaching and physical education activities inside and outside the school mainly focus on the physical education test items for the secondary school entrance examination.After the completion of physical education in the middle school entrance examination,the frequency of students’ participation in physical exercise both inside and outside the school is decreasing year by year.(4)The impact of the implementation of physical education for the secondary school entrance examination in Lanzhou on the school physical education teaching behavior makes the cognitive attitude and choice intention of physical education teachers and students to the physical education for the secondary school entrance examination different.In terms of the satisfaction of the implementation of the plan,students are higher than physical education teachers.In terms of test methods,the choice intention of physical education teachers is mainly "three compulsory examinations and two optional examinations".The choice intention of students and parents is mainly "ABCD grade evaluation",This difference is mainly caused by the different value orientations of PE teachers,students and parents.(5)Influenced by the implementation of physical education in the middle school entrance examination,PE teachers,students and parents mainly increase the PE score in the middle school entrance examination and increase the process evaluation method in terms of the evaluation method and the choice intention of the score setting;In terms of test content,the proportion of students choosing basic sports ability items is significantly higher than that of special sports skills items.The following suggestions are made:(1)Accelerate the improvement of the implementation plan of the secondary school entrance examination in Lanzhou,optimize the testing method system of the implementation plan,enrich the content system of the implementation plan test,establish the content system of the secondary school entrance examination sports test combining daily participation,physical fitness monitoring,basic sports skills and special sports skills testing,add physical health monitoring projects,and enrich special sports skills projects.(2)Improve the evaluation system of the implementation plan test,improve the scoring standard,pay attention to the establishment of the comprehensive evaluation index system of "knowledge,ability,behavior and health",gradually improve the score setting,and evaluate by class according to a certain proportion of weight.The setting of the test content system should be combined with the 2022 Edition of the Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education,the actual situation of school teaching resources and the popularization situation,and gradually eliminate the "exam oriented" teaching and exercise tendency.(3)The competent education departments and schools should take effective measures to strengthen the construction of physical education teaching infrastructure,ensure and improve the material basis for physical education teaching and extracurricular sports activities.(4)Adhere to the goal of "health first" and the goal of cultivating students’ lifelong physical education awareness and behavior,guide teachers,students and parents to establish correct values of physical education teaching and exercise,give play to the positive role of the baton of the physical education system in the secondary school entrance examination,and promote the further scientific development of physical education teaching and the normal development of physical exercise.
