| The goal of high quality education urges us to think deeply about the meaning and value of "learning virtue".On the contrary,under the influence of exam-oriented education and driven by practical values such as "entering a higher school" and "employment",students’ learning motivation is mainly to use the knowledge they have acquired to solve the practical interests in their current study and life.This is true no matter in the nine-year compulsory education,or in the high school entrance examination,as well as in the vocational motivation of college education.However,without the stimulation of these practical external conditions,students are not good at understanding themselves and pursuing the ultimate meaning of existence on the whole quality,so they lack the core and lasting learning goals and directions.After students enter the university,even if they have more space,time and freedom to study independently,but because they are accustomed to external authoritative arrangement and practical value orientation,many college students cannot take the initiative to assume the responsibility of learning,and always stay in the secondary education stage of passively acquiring the existing knowledge.It is difficult to have the ability of innovation and research breakthrough through self-knowledge and active exploration.At present,there is an urgent need to solve these existing problems,among which "learning virtue" plays a core and leading role.However,the current research and cognitive interpretation of learning virtue are relatively general.In comprehensive analysis of the domestic and foreign related literature about learning,virtue,and virtue,in wang yangming’s theory of conscience,concept of Aristotle’s virtue as the theoretical basis,to determine the study of virtue research theme,will learn "how should" in the theory and practice of organic combination of "how to do",in order to promote learning theory and practice research of virtue.Learning virtue is not only an educational concept,but also a human characteristic deeply rooted in the history of human culture and ethics.This study mainly analyzes its composition from its connotation and extension.First of all,in the process of analyzing the connotation of learning virtue,it is clear that the essence of learning virtue is love of wisdom,love of learning itself,and the meaning pointing to people is freely and fully generated,which is teachable.Then combining with the essence of learning virtue,defining learning virtue is the attitude,emotion and value reflected in defining learning benefit,acquiring learning benefit and using learning benefit in the practice activities of acquiring knowledge,skills,morality and other cultural forms and contents.The efficacy of knowledge seeking includes love of wisdom and practicality,which determines the learning virtue including learning purpose,attitude,emotion,values and other elements.There are both love of wisdom and utilitarian orientation.Accordingly,a person’s learning virtue will be useful wisdom,relative use of wisdom,relative love of wisdom,love of wisdom.Secondly,through the investigation of the famous thoughts of virtue in China and the West,it is proved that learning and virtue are closely related.It can be said that learning is the way of being as a human being,and virtue is one of the characteristics of human being,so for virtue itself,learning is also a way of being virtue.Learning virtue is one’s way of becoming oneself.Thirdly,the author further puts forward the value orientation of learning virtue cultivation,including following the basic law of education,adhering to the standard of "love wisdom" and realizing the "best" interests.According to the basic composition of learning morality,the questionnaire of learning morality test is prepared,and the status quo of learning morality of college students from four different levels in W City is investigated and analyzed.After investigation,the main problems are found: practical utilitarian learning values are obvious,learning intrinsic motivation is insufficient,learning initiative is poor,learning emotion is indifferent and so on.In general,the learning morality of most college students is at the level of "using wisdom".Of course,some students have the potential tendency of "loving wisdom",that is,between "using wisdom" and "loving wisdom".Students get used to the arrangement and stimulation of the outside world,and gradually lose themselves in learning.On this basis,in view of the existing problems,combined with in-depth interviews,the causes of the problems are discussed,and it is clear that students’ learning virtue is affected by many factors.Learning is the residence of human’s virtue existence.For human’s whole life,learning is the state and means of individual existence,just as natural as eating when hungry and sleeping when sleepy.Without learning,without virtue,human existence will become meaningless,even less than the altruism of goods and tools,learning is the basic way to light up human nature,without learning,lack of good learning virtue,we do not know the way to be a man.In order to solve the problems existing in college students’ learning morality,the following suggestions are put forward: firstly,we should cultivate students’ learning morality consciousness,improve students’ subjectivity,learning consciousness and self-discipline,and learn self-regulation through strong will.Secondly,it is not enough to rely on students’ personal consciousness alone,but also need the outside world to provide sufficient conditions for its generation,such as reforming the teaching process,integrating virtue into education and teaching,awakening and igniting their inner learning virtue.Schools should also make clear the boundary of moral education,give full play to its role as the main position and main channel of the main place for students to learn,and create an environment conducive to the generation and play of learning virtue.In a word,through the study of learning virtue,in order to improve the overall quality of students,promote the construction of school moral education,promote the construction of high-quality education system to provide reference. |
