In In the face of the rapidly changing business environment,how to create and maintain a competitive advantage in the fiercely competitive market has always been the core issue for enterprises.Faced with this problem,the innovative behavior of employees is to promote the continuous development and innovation of the enterprise and maintain competition.important factor of advantage.With the continuous development of society,more and more women play the role of "heads" in the workplace,and gradually become an indispensable backbone in enterprise management.The influence of female leaders’ leadership characteristics on employees’ innovative behavior has also been gradually paid attention to.On the basis of literature analysis,this paper mainly starts from the perspective of leadership style theory and flexible management theory,and discusses the influence of female leadership traits on employees’ innovative behavior and its mechanism.Through a questionnaire survey and empirical analysis of 173 subordinate employees whose immediate leaders are female leaders,the results show that:(1)Female leadership traits have a positive impact on employees’ innovative behavior.(2)Organizational innovation climate plays a mediating role between female leadership traits and employee innovation behavior.(3)Knowledge sharing plays a positive role in promoting employee innovation and innovation.(4)Knowledge sharing plays a positive moderating role between female leadership traits and employees’ innovative behavior.The main contributions of this study are in the following three aspects:(1)Broaden the research object and enrich the research on the antecedent variables of employees’ innovative behavior.Specifically,this study expands from the level of female executives to the level of grass-roots female leaders in management to examine the impact mechanism of female leadership traits on employees’ innovative behavior,enriching and supplementing the research on the antecedent variables of employees’ innovative behavior.(2)This study examined the mediating role of organizational innovation climate in the relationship between female leadership traits and employee innovation behavior,and used empirical analysis to verify and test it,to some extent.it has promoted the research process of female leadership traits and employees’ innovative behavior.(3)This study explores that knowledge sharing positively moderates the indirect relationship between female leadership and employee innovation behavior through organizational innovation climate.Specifically,this indirect relationship is relatively strong when knowledge sharing is high,and relatively weak when knowledge sharing is low.
