Children and adolescents are the future of a country and a nation.Children and adolescents are also an important stage of life development and need to be taken seriously.In the context of China’s rapid urbanization,the village in the city is a unique product,its population composition is relatively complex,and its development is relatively backward.However,due to the low socio-economic status of the urban village families and the lack of family material and spiritual and cultural resources,such special families may have some cognitive deficiencies in school participation and family relations,and these factors may affect the learning motivation of the urban village family teenagers.Learning motivation is the foundation of establishing learning objectives and the root of achieving learning objectives.In the process of cultivating learning motivation,teenagers can also develop other qualities,such as self-discipline and persistence,which play an important role in promoting the development of teenagers.Some scholars have pointed out that learning ability is the direct factor that affects performance,but cultivating students’ learning motivation is also the top priority of improving learning ability.The core is to establish students’ learning interest to stimulate students to have greater learning motivation.Therefore,family education and school education must focus on this core point.Both family education and school education should focus on this core point.Therefore,to pay attention to the development of young people,we must link school education with family education.A correct understanding of the relationship between school education and family education is the practical cognitive basis for improving the level of family education and promoting the healthy development of young people.Therefore,to pay attention to the development of teenagers,school education and family education must be linked.At the same time,a correct understanding of the cooperation and cooperation between school education and family education is an important basis for improving the status of family education and promoting the healthy development of adolescents’ study and life.Therefore,to promote teenagers’ learning motivation,we must pay attention to their home-school cooperation and parent-child communication.This study uses the survey data samples of China Education Follow up Survey(CEPS)for the academic year 2013-2014.After removing 1156 missing values,we selected the samples of the community where the family lives in the "village in the city" area,and finally obtained 1132 valid samples.The data analysis of this paper uses SPSS 24.0 statistical software for data analysis,and adopts the relevant quantitative analysis statistical method.The results showed that there was a significant positive correlation between home school cooperation and parent-child communication,parent-child communication and adolescents’ learning motivation,parent-child communication played a mediating role in the relationship between home school cooperation and adolescents’ learning motivation,home school cooperation played a significant role in predicting adolescents’ parent-child communication,and adolescents’ parent-child communication played a significant role in predicting learning motivation,that is,home school cooperation affected parent-child communication,And further affect young people’s learning motivation.In order to improve the learning motivation of teenagers in urban villages,it is necessary to improve the level of home-school cooperation and establish a good family parent-child communication relationship.For this reason,this study puts forward relevant suggestions to schools and school social workers from the perspectives of policy and social work.At the school level,it is necessary to improve the relevant rules and regulations of home school cooperation,such as the financial security system,the personnel evaluation and supervision system,and the establishment of a publicity support system and parent institutions.At the level of social work,the first is to establish a dynamic electronic file of family parent-child communication,the second is to enrich the forms of home school cooperation and parent-child communication,the third is to improve the specific content of home school cooperation in parent-child communication,the second is to use some information network resources to strengthen the roles of cooperation of home school and parent-child communication,and the last is to establish a special social work group for parent-child communication courses.It is hoped that this study can help families in urban villages improve the level of home-school cooperation,establish a good family parent-child communication atmosphere,and better promote the development of adolescents’ academic motivation. |
