Young college students are active and dynamic forces in the whole society,and the ideological and political quality of college students will affect all aspects of the future of Chinese society.The development of Internet technology has spawned a new network aggregation mode,"Circle-Stratification." People spontaneously form a core stable and well-organized network group based on their characteristics and needs and show hierarchical differences in network interaction and influence.Big data conform to college students’ preference for an accurate recommendation and carries out regional and closed information resources and social exchanges among members."Circle-Stratification "technological empowerment" for individuality.It sets up communication barriers among college students,whose attention is increasingly concentrated on a specific type of circle,significantly impacting their ideological and political quality.On the one hand,it is difficult to carry out network ideological and political education in the "self-contained" circle of college students.The complex network culture permeates ways.On the other hand,college students rely more on the circle to obtain knowledge and information,which challenges the cultivation of ideological and political quality on the Internet.Therefore,in the face of the phenomenon of "circle stratification," trying to find a reasonable use of network "circle stratification" resources to cope with the challenges of the network circle to the ideological and political quality of college students,improve the effectiveness of the network ideological and political education work has a specific significance.It is of great significance for helping the ideological and political work in colleges and universities and improving college students’ ideological and political quality.This paper starts from the microscopic perspective of the circle and takes its influence on the ideological and political quality of college students as the research object.Advances the logical thinking layer by layer around the "influence status,""cause analysis," and "improvement counter measures." Starting from the three central bodies of college students,teachers,and network supervisors,as well as the network public opinion environment and the two platforms of the network circle of colleges and universities,and constructs the optimization path of the ideological and political quality of college students under the circle background from three aspects: the construction of "body," the content of "king" and the help of "management."
