| Tourism in Tibet is a very important pillar industry,and tourism professionals mainly come from the training of local middle jobs,and the training of tourism professionals should adapt to the development of new tourism formats.Study tours have developed rapidly in China since they were promulgated and implemented at the national level.As a mid-career practitioner in the direction of training tourism services,it should also keep up with the development of the times,innovate teaching methods,integrate study travel activities into the curriculum of training students,and let students contact study trips in a new form of learning,so as to better realize the docking of career and major.This paper designs a study trip activity plan based on the theory of experiential learning.First,using literature research method,interview method,questionnaire survey method and other methods,the relevant research results of study travel and experiential learning theory at home and abroad were reviewed,and the relevant literature was sorted out,classified and considered,and the concept of study travel and experiential learning was defined by previous researchers,and the correlation between the two was explored,so as to construct the coupling of experiential learning theory,study trip and activity design.Second,through the analysis of the research and study resources in Lhasa,it is found that the Lhasa Research and Learning Base has begun to take shape,and the concentrated distribution of research resources is diverse,distinctive and highly accessible.Third,through questionnaires,the students’ intention to study and study and the teaching evaluation of "Introduction to Tibetan Traditional Culture" were investigated.In addition,two teachers of the tour guide service major were interviewed to understand the learning problems existing in students’ actual learning,the opening of courses,and the necessity and feasibility of study trips.Fourth,the analysis of student questionnaires and teacher interviews shows that the current students’ understanding of study trips is generally not high,but their willingness to travel is high,and the purpose of student study trips is mainly to seek knowledge.Teachers have a certain understanding of study trips,and believe that they can be combined with the curriculum to develop and design study trips.Fifth,based on the experiential learning theory,the principles and processes of the study trip activity plan were expounded,and finally combined with the course "Introduction to Tibetan Traditional Culture",five study routes with different themes were designed,and a specific study trip activity plan was designed for students majoring in Lhasa second-class tour guide service according to one of the theme routes,hoping that this study trip activity plan could supplement teaching from theory and practice,and help the effective connection between profession and occupation.Explore talent training methods that adapt to new tourism formats. |
