Kindergarten teacher feedback behavior refers to the response to the content expressed by children by verbal or non-verbal response behavior after the teacher asks questions.The utilization of teacher feedback behavior in collective teaching activities during kindergarten is of great value to foster a high level of learning and the overall,harmonious growth of body and mind.This research chose 8 middle school instructors from Q Kindergarten in Baotou to be its focus.By employing both an observation technique and a case analysis approach,the status quo of teachers’ feedback behavior in the collective teaching activities of middle school students was comprehended.An investigation method was employed to delve further into the current feedback behavior of educators,and then educational countermeasures were suggested.The analysis tool "Observation Record of Teachers" was employed to acquire the research data,which was based on the current research findings concerning teachers’ feedback behavior in primary and secondary schools and kindergartens.Collective Teaching Activities of Kindergartens in the Middle and Middle Classes,with Feedback Behavior as a Focus.The present situation of feedback behavior of middle school teachers in Q Kindergarten in Baotou City was investigated from four aspects:feedback object,feedback opportunity,feedback mode and feedback theme.The results show that when middle class teachers give feedback to children,there will be some problems:the choice of feedback object is biased,and the feedback way is relatively simple.The reason lies in the class teachers’ one-sided understanding of feedback behavior,few systematic learning opportunities,lack of overall feedback objects,lack of awareness of activity design,and use of a single feedback way.The author proposes improvement strategies,such as focusing on equitable and balanced feedback objects,enlightening and guiding feedback techniques,and the ability to generate feedback content with flexibility,based on the issues mentioned above.
