| Whether college graduates are employed smoothly or not is related to the harmony and stability of the society.With the number of college graduates increasing year by year,the problem of difficult employment of college graduates has become increasingly prominent,and the problem of college graduates’ employment pressure has gradually become a social consensus issue.In the face of such a difficult employment environment and employment pressure,vocational value education is particularly necessary.Professional values have always been a hot topic of research at home and abroad.Tibetan college students are the main source of talent supply in Tibet.Their professional values are not only related to their personal development prospects,but also affect the economic take-off of Tibet.Therefore,their professional values are more worthy of further study.With the gradual deepening of vocational education in Tibetan colleges and universities,the overall professional values of Tibetan college students have shown a positive side.However,under the background of China’s vigorous development and Tibet’s modernization process,the internal and external environment of the professional values of Tibetan college students in the new era has been impacted from many aspects,and some changes have taken place,which makes the professional values of Tibetan college students show new characteristics.Some problems emerged.This article attempts to analyze the cultivation of Tibetan college students’ professional values from the perspective of ideological and political education,and tries to put forward cultivation countermeasures in order to guide Tibetan college students to establish scientific professional values and alleviate the existing employment pressure of Tibetan college graduates.This paper takes the students in seven colleges and universities in Tibet as the research object,takes their professional values as the research subject,conducts investigation by means of questionnaire survey,analyzes the results of the survey,and summarizes the problems existing in the professional values of Tibetan college students as follows: occupation Cognition is divorced from reality,career evaluation has a strong utilitarian color,career goals lack dedication,and career attitudes have a weak sense of struggle.The reasons are mainly reflected in the following four aspects:1.Tibet’s employment policy makes college students dependent;2.The effect of vocational guidance education in schools is not good;3.The family atmosphere is too pursuit of stability;4.Fourth,the concept of employment of college students in Tibet tends to be conservative.By drawing lessons from domestic and foreign experience on vocational values education,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures:First,attach importance to the guarantee role of the Tibetan government in cultivating vocational values,actively expand employment channels,create a harmonious entrepreneurial atmosphere,and encourage students to innovate and start businesses.The second is to strengthen the leading role of Tibetan colleges and universities in the cultivation of professional values,strengthen education,extend the number of years of education,use various forces,integrate Tibetan local characteristic education content,and establish a professional education team.The third is to strengthen the guiding role of the family in the cultivation of Tibetan college students’ professional values,change the traditional employment concept of parents,strengthen the construction of family traditions,and give full play to the role of parents as role models.The fourth is to clarify the main role of Tibetan college students in the cultivation of professional values,scientifically analyze the employment situation to find out their own positioning,correct their professional attitudes,and fully carry forward the spirit of hard work.Based on the theoretical basis of ideological and political education,this paper studies the cultivation of professional values of college students in Tibet,and has some innovations in the research objects and perspectives.The research conclusions can provide reference value for the development of professional values education in Tibetan colleges and universities. |
