| For adolescents in the rebellious period,maintaining rational parent-child relationship cognition can not only promote the healthy interaction of parent-child relationship,but also promote the harmony of family atmosphere,and give adolescents benign educational guidance and strong psychological support,so that they can pass the complex and sensitive stage of adolescence healthily.This paper takes Xiao Yu,a rebellious teenager,as the research object,takes his parent-child relationship cognition as the research problem,analyzes the significance of rational emotion therapy mode in improving the cognition of adolescent parent-child relationship by using rational emotion therapy mode to intervene in the cognitive adjustment of parent-child relationship in rebellious adolescents,and discusses its social work practice experience applied to adolescent life development.By analyzing the external manifestations of the client’s problems,the service practice explores the reasons for the existence of the problems and the inner needs of the clients,and formulates targeted service plans.In the process of specific implementation intervention,the client’s self-awareness is gradually determined through the interview method,the irrational beliefs of the client are identified,discovered and replaced,and the client is helped and guided to establish a rational way of thinking,and a rational and harmonious parent-child relationship interaction mode between the client and the mother is constructed.Based on the practice process and evaluation summary,this paper believes that due to the sensitivity of the psychology of rebellious adolescents and the particularity of their growth stage,the rational emotion therapy model has certain relevance for the cognitive adjustment of adolescents in the rebellious period,which is conducive to the personal growth and relationship construction of adolescents in the rebellious period.The paper also explores the limitations of the rational emotion therapy model,that is,for severe parent-child conflicts,the rational emotion therapy model may be difficult to operate and the effect is limited,and the family therapy model may be a more suitable choice. |
