OBE is an educational concept oriented to student learning outcomes,which believes that the goal of curriculum design and curriculum implementation is the final learning outcomes that students achieve through the educational process.As the core concept of teacher education professional certification,it not only plays a guiding role in the professional certification work,but also puts forward new requirements for the curriculum.The curriculum based on OBE concept should reconstruct the curriculum system according to the graduation requirements,adjust the curriculum structure according to the accreditation standards,strengthen the goal orientation of practical ability,optimize the curriculum content;focus on cultivating the teaching implementation effect;focus on the achievement of outcome goals,carry out curriculum evaluation and continuous improvement.As a kind of teacher education major,the focus of physical education major is to cultivate physical education teachers,and good physical education teachers bear the heavy responsibility of physical education work in basic education schools,which is related to the further improvement of the quality of physical education teaching in schools.The aerobics course is one of the compulsory courses for physical education majors,which has various educational functions such as physical education,moral education and aesthetic education,and is also an assessment item in the process of physical education teacher certification,so the aerobics course of physical education majors should also align with the certification requirements.Therefore,this paper takes the OBE concept as the leader,constructs the expected outcome goals of aerobics course,reconstructs the course content,optimizes the teaching methods and evaluation and continuously improves it,so as to develop a course plan that meets the requirements of professional certification and supports the cultivation of physical education professionals who meet the needs of modern society.This study adopts the research methods of literature method,interview method,questionnaire method,Delphi method,experimental method and mathematical and statistical method to study the design of compulsory aerobics curriculum program for physical education majors in Hebei Province universities based on OBE concept,and on the basis of analyzing the current situation of compulsory aerobics curriculum for physical education majors,combining the results of literature research and the opinions of expert interview method,the compulsory aerobics curriculum program for physical education majors is formulated.The initial framework of the aerobics curriculum program was formulated.At the same time,the Delphi method was applied to revise and improve the compulsory aerobics curriculum program,and finally a new compulsory aerobics curriculum program was reconstructed,and an empirical study was conducted to verify the feasibility and application effect of the curriculum program in teaching,so as to provide a theoretical reference for the revision of other technical curriculum programs of physical education majors,and to provide a practical template for the aerobics curriculum of physical education majors in other schools.The following conclusions were drawn from the study.(1)The current aerobics course outline for physical education majors in Hebei Province is a revised aerobics course program based on the professional accreditation assessment and the requirements for teacher training.From the revised syllabus,it can be seen that the goal-oriented function of aerobics course is not clear,and it fails to focus clearly on students’ learning outcomes;the course content setting deviates from the course goal requirements to a certain extent,and the correspondence is not clear enough,which fails to meet the standard of "alignment" proposed by the professional accreditation;the total number of hours set varies,and the allocation is mainly The total number of credit hours is different,and the allocation is mainly inclined to technical action learning,with less theoretical hours,and most colleges and universities do not involve teaching practice;the teaching methods are mainly traditional teaching methods,and the use of modern teaching methods is low;the evaluation of the course is not perfect,mainly by the teacher’s evaluation,and the evaluation content is inconsistent,mainly by summative evaluation,and the evaluation method is single.(2)A new compulsory aerobics course program for physical education majors was constructed based on the OBE concept,which can clearly focus on the learning outcomes in terms of course objectives,be specific and measurable,and provide guidance for students’ learning paths;in terms of course content setting,it is targeted and operable,and can correspond to the course objectives;in terms of course implementation,it can reflect student-centered teaching methods and means,and students can accomplish the expected course objectives;in terms of course evaluation,it reflects the diversity of evaluation subjects and methods,and can continuously test the learning progress in the process evaluation and make continuous improvement.In the implementation of the curriculum can reflect the student-oriented teaching methods and means,and students can accomplish the expected course program and put it into practice.The experiment showed that the students’ aerobics technique,sense of music rhythm,creation ability,teaching ability,communication and cooperation ability were significantly improved,which verified the feasibility of the curriculum program.(4)The experiment shows that students can achieve the expected outcome goals,the evaluation method can scientifically assess the degree of achievement of the student learning outcome goals,and the evaluation results have guiding significance for the course program,which can identify students’ shortcomings in time,and then continuously improve teaching and learning to support the course goals and graduation requirements.
